This Company was assigned by my insurance Company, arrived with an I experienced Cuban contractor who met my contractor while I am out of the country. The contractor, Frank was very rude, angry, conformational in his 5 minutes finding. Tests were not conducted, inspection where not done, Frank's work was done with visual detection. Frank did not want to review the issues that I had with my contractor. (Please see pictures below). Frank asked to contract me via my house keeper and proceeded to tell me that when do not have any issues, he said the work was previously done. I asked to explain further since I have the walls open and the is mildew. Frank, started raising his voice, I told him to explained himself, he cursed me, hung up the phone and walked out of the house. I gathered, he only wanted to collect the money for the inspection from the insurance company without any supervision. I called the office to get more information and the "owner" Luke, left me on the phone for 20min, called my insurance company and claimed that I cursed Frank out, this is all while I have my housekeeper, a contractor and cameras at the house. When I pressed Luke with an explanation he was rude, very unprofessional, confrontational and HUNG UP THE PHONE.

These guys are great! Found my leak, explained the problem and will call my plumber to explain. Great!

The guy answering the phone hung up the phone on us when we claimed that the very expensive service they provided had not solve the issue at hand, as they said it would.
Extremely rude and dishonest.
I wish there were negative stars to rate this business.

I want to make a comment on the minimal, irrelevant and lame quality of Hydro Scout inspection, work and report done on 12/30/22. They sent inspector on a request for inspection by Olympus Insurance.
The conclusion of the inspection and study on that day was written in a report submitted to your client, Olympus Insurance, and later on Olympus Insurance emailed me your report. In your report basically you say that some water leaked during hurricane Ian in 2022 through the insulation around two of our windows to the living room. And this is all your noticed, wrote and declared as experts.
Since then, we changed those windows and installed the best windows on the market, by Anderson, so the problem around the windows was solved.
However, today 05/24/2023 in Daytona Beach was a rainy day, but nothing special, reported 1.2 inches. Just this little rain was enough to have again water under our wall. We found water leakage right at the inner edge between the floor and the wall, along 2-3 feet of inner edge. About 100 ml water already accumulated again inside our house, through the wall. Namely, through the bricks at the junction between the bricked wall and the concrete slab of the floor. So, the wall was defective and allows water to penetrate from rain into the house. This spot is exactly where we noticed the water entering in the house also during the Ian hurricane last year. And you failed to detect this. This WAS the only important thing, the real damaging problem.
I am telling these facts to you, to make you aware that in spite your sophisticated equipment brought that day, in spite of the hours spent by your inspector measuring, the result was zero, useless, non-professional. Your inspector was wasting your money, and wasted Olympus money and time, my time, and created confusions and disinformation. You should verify your Inspectors' abilities to be a professional and to understand how to use the equipment. You as a company failed to detect a severe leakage, a serious one a crack in my wall. Around those old windows even a child without your expensive equipment could notice leakage. The real thing, the serious one which would be the concern of any person was the bad quality of the house at the junction between wall and floor. And you failed to detect this. Your work was non-professional, weak, useless and ridiculous. I had a bad experience with you, the non-professional job you did at my house, and your minimal level of professionalism. It is a pity you waste Olympus money and time. Maybe is better to give that equipment to real professionals. You are not helping the health of our community with you irrelevant, non-professional, zero-science, zero-result, zero-efficiency results.

We weren't sure what to do when our carpet was wet where there shouldn't have been pipes. Our long-time plumber couldn't come for several days but we asked what we should do; they explained locating hidden leaks so we called HydroScout on their recommendation. HydroScout came the next day on schedule and pinpointed the leak behind the washer/dryer, which we didn't expect as the wet spot had dry carpet all around. He called my plumber to describe my problem so I didn't have to, & when the plumber came as previously scheduled it took about a half-hour to fix. In this Covid time, I'm happy to have home maintenance done quickly, thoroughly & professionally with minimal disruption of my schedule. The fee was as stated on the phone.

These people cashed my check and didn't detect the leak at the appropriate site. It caused significant damage to my home. I called almost everyday for two weeks with two return phone calls. The owner is rude and stated he did nothing wrong.

They called when they were supposed to they sent a reminder for the next day they came out on time and were very curteous. They scoped our plumbing lines pinpointed a bad spot and descaled the lines they were better then i expected

I had Anthony the owner of the SW Florida location come out to fix my pool leak. I paid him $250 as he asked to get started and detect the leak. Check was cashed but no work was ever done. He never returned my calls or my text messages. DO NOT USE
