I am dissatisfied with exorbitant shipping charges ( **.**) on $**. of paper shipped 2 states away. I was forced to order more than I wanted in order to keep the shipping cost more in line. I also was unable to complete my order on my main computer because of the pop up coupon that prevented me from entering quantities, etc. even after I liked you on facebook. So very very annoying. What should have taken 10 minutes took 45 minutes. Crazy!

It was good except for the process did not let me know how long my order will take to ship and/or reach me.

Website very easy to navigate. I quickly found what I needed. I was a little disappointed in the delivery time. Although I realize there is a big demand for gloves during this pandemic, I chose the option of 3-5 day delivery time. There was no advisory shown that delivery times may be delayed due to high demand, so I presumed I would receive my order by the time 5 days had expired. It actually took 8 days.

Excellent customer service! There was a glitch when I ordered. They answered my phone call, fixed the problem, and let me know right away what had happened and that it was all set. I was very impressed from start to finish and am very happy with everything I ordered! Great company to deal with!

Grateful to still be able to purchase these products even after the store where I normally buy them closed. Materials arrived quickly. I asked for a catalog, and it arrived really quickly also.

I could not find the Book Buddies bookmarks anywhere online or at the places I normally would get them. The agent, Mo, on your website sent me a link right away and was very helpful!

I wish shipping was cheaper, but unfortunately, I can't find your products anywhere.
Furthermore, the shipment was sent by UPS, which always costs crazy extra shipping charges. For a 20$ product, I ended up paying 60$. Also, I would like you to know that the mirrored paper I received had all corners bends. It was a little upsetting. The product itself is great, it would just need some extra love in the packaging/shipping department.

The web site is wonky and it took a bit of effort to get the items I wanted. for single color foil paper 26" x 20", the color pallet was missing - actually whole page was akimbo and it took a bit of gymnastics to be choose the colors and quantities.

I only wanted to purchase two of the packs of assorted lanyards but each time I would get to checkout in order to complete the purchase it kept saying that my cart balance must be a minimum of $**. This is an issue because I don't need all the extra lanyards but had to purchase them anyway. I attempted to contact a rep via chat and by phone and never received a response from either method. More than likely I will not be making any other purchases since I have to buy more than what I need

I will be more careful to read the information on the computer screen so that I will receive 144 rather than 1. Thank you, my error.

I make handmade greeting cards and was shopping around for metallic cardstock when I came across your site. I was amazed at how low your prices are and so I decided to give it a try. The shipping was extremely quick and when the package got here I was very pleased with the product! I purchased your metallic foil board in red and green and they both exceeded my expectations! They are of excellent quality and will be stunning on my handmade Christmas cards. I will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you!

Very good, however extremely disappointed about the hi shipping cost for such a small item. Plus the shipping goes up for ordering more it should at least be one set price.

I had a good time going through all of your products. I even bought a couple of things that I feel I may use in the future.

Was frustrating because it kept saying there was already an account with the email address I put in. we order once a year and I don't remember the password. tried to check out as a guest and it would not let me. had to come up with a third email address and password which I know I won't remember next year. it should just let you check out as a guest and be satisfied with an email address and forget the password stuff.
