I ordered what I knew would be an obvious knock-off hoodie instead of slides, which would be fine had they ever responded, acknowledged, or actually sent me anything. I paid their outrageous priority fee of $30 figuring I might actually see the items in a couple weeks, but they've yet to even push my order through from a 'processing' status. I've emailed them three times, disputed with PayPal and they've tried to contact them twice, so I just pulled a Karen and called my bank to get credit for the disputed charge. Don't even think about ordering from this company.

I bought two items from this website and it cost me $80 And they were all fake we would both go together for about $20 if I bought them back off of other website those would be fake and I would save more money whatever you do don't buy from this website they are a scam fake reviews fake shop and fake designer and how do I know it's all fake because the supreme logo is peeling off of my backpack so $#*! hyping

I've been going back and forth with them for over a month now, zero tracking and now they've all but stopped replying to messages. No refund of yet but I'm getting it back via my CC company. Also contacted the BBB and the local police in their area. Did an easy "whois" search online and got their name, address and phone number. Handed it over to the local police in their area. Filled a report about theft and they are now investigating! These people are the worst! Scum!

Ordered 2 items, only received 1 after opening a PayPal case. This website asked to ship item back to Malaysia from US at my own cost (which would've costed more than the item). PayPal sided with the website even after my complaint that it is a scam. Stay Away!

My 11 year old son used allowance to purchase a $39.99 "Supreme" sweatshirt in April.
We warned him it would take a while to be delivered bc of COVId.
But, in fact, it never came. Hypeing blames the US Postal
Service and still hasn't refunded us a penny. I have sent about 6 emails and the response is a form letter back saying they will
Contact us. There is no phone number to speak to the company.
We are now working through the payment method (PayPal) to report Hypeing.com and maybe get money back that way.

Come across hypeing and bought a Supreme backpack. I have received it 2 days ago and quality was good. Shipping a little bit long but understandable what's happening now

My husband was shipped a very cheap ring, almost a month after our order was cancelled. The customer care team was combative, cynical and highly unprofessional. I also believe they are scammers from the US with cheap Chinese manufacturers.

The waiting n wondering was forever I felt but worth all the wait if u got it to spot perfe t experience just did 1month ago Feb 5 2021

I know the Clothes are fake it's $40 no $#*! but I bought a supreme hoodie and I waited and waited never showed up got cameras at my porch. I called several times and never answered then I emailed them four times no reply or refund. Other reviews fake as $#*! except maybe one.

Purchased a hoodie and backpack arrived safe and sound. Love it good quality too! Will recommend to friends.

Ordered my sweatshirt March 18th it's now May 6th. I have received nothing. And customer service sucks and only sends the same automated response

Purchased some Supreme and Bape products from Hypeing, overall good experience. Happy with the quality. Customer service was fast to response to my questions. One thing missing is discount code for big orders. I hope I can get some discount on my next order with them.

I ordered two hoodies for my son. The order was not true to size. I contacted Customer Service. I received an automated response that you will receive a response in 24-72 business hours. I tried 4 times to get a response for over a month. I Did NOT receive a response until I contacted paypal for a refund. This company then says to paypal they will issue a full refund when I return the merchandise. Catch 22, the cost to return to the address they provided is $54,2/3 the cost of the 2 hoodies. Somehow that does not seem reasonable. Had I received true to size merchandise, I would not have had to return them and would have been extremely happy with what we received. I am happy to return the products if a more reasonable shipping option be provided. I would not order from this company again because of this experience with their customer service department. I was leery to make the initial purchase and my son was so excited and said they were so legit... Well, I should have stuck with my initial gut response.

Ordered oct 30th an "anti social social club hoodie xl" waited 2 weeks i let it slide due to delays of the pandemic i messaged them the 3rd week asking where is the hoodie no reply messaged again 2 days after no reply finally i got ahold of paypal about this website because i later found out they been scamming multiple people for AWHILE now... & its sad that people even have this type of mentality during COVID19 taking money from someone like me who barely even shops. So this type of sh! T is fkd up the website needs to be shut down hope new people see this and realize not to buy from here

Beware! Measurements posted by seller online is NOT accurate. Not only did I wait 4 wks for the shirt, they are off by TWO inches length and width wise. They are making ME PAY for return shipping, which costs AS MUCH AS THE SHIRT if u reside in USA. They don't own up to their mistakes nor do they care if they get repeat business. Better to shop elsewhere with serious business owners who CARE about their customers. Waited 4 wks for a wrong shirt, 4 days for them to respond to emails ONLY to find out I'm responsible for their mistakes, NOT worth the business, save yourself the headache. Shirt is CHEAP quality and sewn super crooked anyhow.

Little skeptical at first but I have received my purchased items today. Delivery was delayed due to covid situation which I fully understand. Btw, I choose with standard free shipping perhaps next time I would go with their priority shipping. Will make more purchases in the future with Hypeing

Have been a customer with hypeing since last year when I was shopping for Christmas gifts. Ever since I frequently buy latest release Supreme products from them. Customer service was fast, and items was as described. It's rare you can find some website provided such service.

Hypeing was one of the best merchant I come across. They are legit and I received my purchased items in timely manner. I will do repeat purchase as they have the latest Supreme drops I am looking for. Recommended.
