I ordered racing seats from this company because they were the cheapest seats I could find. I recieved them within 10 days like they promised and boy they looked even better than the picture. My holes of brackets did not match up so I called them and they were very helpful and had me speak to one of their mechanics who explained to me how to install them properly. I even ended up buying a bodykit from them a few months later. They are great! I have totally recommended them to all my friends.

I`ve ordered seats & seat belts from this company. I talked to them on the phone to gather more info about the product delivery time and availability. It was fun & cool until 2 days after they confirmed my order. I was informed that the items are on back order & it would take 4 weeks to receive my order. I wasn`t happy but okay with it except it`s 10 weeks. I`ve been calling for 4 weeks no answers just answering services & busy tones. I did speak to a receptionist that was supposed to get back with me the next day about my order but again that was 4 weeks ago. This company`s business practice is subpar. If you purchase after reading this review it`s not my fault, you`re on your own. Don`t expect them to return any calls after the first month of waiting. This is the 1st time I have ever submitted a review on anything. I have no agendas just trying to prevent anyone from going thru the drama I`m going thru. Buyer BEWARE! ( the one star is for the web site only, nothing after that).

I ordered a 4-piece body kit. I went with the kit pictured with my cars make and model. It even had the same custom lights in it. I called HyperAutoParts.com I told them my cars make and model. I asked them if it came as pictured or would I have to do any do any extra mods (modifications). I was told not at all, that the kit was a perfect match and It was ecatly as pictured. Being to trusting I believed them and placed the order the next day.
I knew these people were not trust worthy when a full month and to weeks later my kit had not arrived at the shop. I also called and no one answered. The one time I got through I was asked to hold and they just hung up. I would like to mention I was very polite. So don't think they hung up because we were having issues. I also sent emails. I got a cookie cutter response from a person named "Alex" I did not even address m issue.
It was not until I sent a threat to sue and expose them I got a call. They sent me to the warehouse in California that they order thru. I spoke to a guy named "Norbet" He told me that the ware house sent them notice over a month ago that they kit was done but the skirts were no longer being produced! He said It could have been shipped he was just waiting to hear my choice. I picked an alternate side skirt and it was shipped the next day!
After the kit Arrived to the shop they went to work. I got a call a few hours later asking if there was a part missing, or if they sent me the worng kit? The shop sent me pictures which I forward to Norbet. He called me right back and said it was the right part but that it should not go on my car unless they included a grill of some sort. I called hyper auto and let them know that no accord between 98-02 could go with the kit they were saying was compatable. I told them it could be cut to fit-but it was missing a grill. Leaving the horn, radiator and electrical circuts exposed! They said no it fits and that they never said it would cover anything! I then told them that the picture for the product is on my exact car and that it is shown with the grill there. I only bought it because off the picture and the phone call! I also told them - I need my car and don't want a refund or exchange- but please pay the extra $100 for me having to cut off my grill from my old bumper and then pay to have it glue welded onto to fit with the crap they sent me. They flatly refused. I mean they took the stance that it was my. PLEASE NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE HYPERAUTOPARTS.COM SITE! THEY ARE SCAMERS. THEY REALLY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY! THEY ARE AN UN ETHICAL COMPANY. I am willing to supply the email correspondence I saved with anyone interested. EVERY BLUE MOON A REALLY VILE COMPANY POPS UP-HYPERAUTOPARTS.COM IS SUCH A COMPANY. SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THESE SHIESTERS!

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order anything from this company. (Did I say NEVER!) I ordered racing seats for my son's car. After 2 months of waiting and countless phone calls and leaving numerous messages the seats finally arrived. The seats came with NO MOUNTING BRACKETS. If you look at the website where I ordered the seats from, http://www.hyperautoparts.com/shop/product.php?productid=*******&cat=377&page=1
You see that universal sliders are included for FREE. Hyperautoparts.com does NOT send the mounting bracket kit although it is clearly pictured here with the seats. According to Alex at hyperautoparts.com, the mounting brackets are sold separate. But Hyperautoparts.com does NOT sell the mounting bracket kits.
She gave me a phone # for the warehouse and when I called and spoke with Ed he told me that Hyperautoparts.com does this all the time. He has asked them to stop running the ad with the picture of the mounting brackets on their website several times. But as you see they continue to show the mounting brackets.
It makes it appear that the brackets are included.
So, now that I have purchased the $279.00 seats there is no way for me to mount them in the car. I asked that my money be refunded and you guessed it. NO REFUNDS because according to Alex we got what we ordered. This is false advertising at its best here folks. Buyers beware... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE SMART. If you go online there are already many complaints online. I wish I had checked this company out more before I placed my order. I hope by sending this out it will help others in the future.
