I-say.com is as legit as it can possibly get. I can attest to this as I am an active member of this community and actually just received some products to test & review. I have not been asked or paid to write a review on I-say... I simply ran across the website reviewing I-say and felt I needed to inform people that it is indeed legitimate and to become a member will not be wasting your time. Thank you.

I am a student, and I had signed up for Ipsos iSay a couple of weeks ago, and had participated in hours worth of surveys, totaling to around $16 in redeemable rewards (so firstly, their time-to-rewards ratio isn't great, but isn't the WORST out of all of these survey websites). However, I wanted to redeem my rewards a couple of days ago, so I logged in, and was neither able to access any new surveys nor redeem any of the offered gift cards. I reached out to the Ipsos support team, and they responded saying that they had terminated my account, and provided no justification as to why they had decided to do that. So I wasted hours of my time filling out these surveys, and got no reward. This site is a scam, and I wouldn't waste your time!

Owes me $3.70. Won't let you redeem for less than $5. Will make you do complete surveys then say you aren't qualified to do the survey you already completed. This happened around 50 times straight over the course of months. Brought this up to their support email and they then obviously flagged my account because new surveys I was invited to then automatically said I wasn't qualified when I opened them. Eventually I stopped receiving new survey opportunities altogether so I was obviously unable to earn the measly $1.30 required to be able to redeem the money they STILL owe me. Lied to my face for months via email when in reality they decided they no longer wanted to pay me for quite literally no reason at all. The second latest response I received was, and I quote, "We have been reviewing our clients' research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our needs. Consequently, your account was terminated, and no other survey invitations have been sent to you. Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards, according to our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you joined our panel. This decision was made for market research purposes only, and we're sorry if it caused you any inconvenience." AKA "you turned old and we don't care about stealing from women over 26 because they don't matter". The last email last response was a direct contradiction to what they already told me, where they now claim "Your account was deactivated due to a lack of action within the given timeframe. This resulted in the forfeiture of your points, a consequence we deeply regret had to occur." That's a flat out lie, since I logged into my account to check my balance last week, and my balance is 370 points. They can't even keep their own story straight.

I've been speaking to their support email for months, and they have done nothing except blow me off, which is why I'm now publicly shaming them and warning others. In short, Ipsos Isay wasted months of my time, lied to my face about it, STOLE MY MONEY, then deleted my account because I aged out of the demographic they care about. Give me the money you owe me, you. Absolute. Scumbags. Your salaries are being paid by stealing from the poor. Karma is coming for you.

It's a scam. They will steal your money from you.

December 2022. These guys are unethical. I spent hours doing surveys and earned over 2000 points and their system would not let me cash in on the rewards. When I questioned them they said they cancelled my account because I no longer fit their profile. Very shady company. The payout vs time spent is definitely not worth it even if they did make good on the reward. ISay stay away from them and spare yourself a waste of valuable time.

From reading other reviews, I see I'm not alone in my disappointment with Ipsos Isay surveys. I wasn't with them very long, just a few months. I was going along fine, getting surveys throughout the day, answering them honestly and putting detailed answers to their open-ended questions. Then one day I noticed the surveys seemed to stop and I wasn't getting any emails from them.
As with others here, my account was disabled with the same copy and paste answer everyone else gets. The points I earned were no longer available and they refused to cash them out and let me redeem what I earned.
Just stay away from this company, you'll spend time doing surveys and then get banned for no reason at all. Horrible, deceptive practices.

I continue to receive emails to promote a review but when I try to open it I'm advised that it's no longer available as I may have already taken it, etc. Recently I recently participated in an alcohol consumption over a 1 month period. They announced that we would receive 500 points if completed. I completed it, never received the promised points, called them, someone returned my call and suggested that I send an email to a specific address and ask my question; I did and haven't received a reply to my question. They did however send a reply advising me that they received my enquiry but are busy and will reply in time. 2 weeks later I haven't received a reply nor have the points been added to my account, This isn't the way a professional business operates! Don, it waste your time!

I just joined on March 13,2021. I spent an hour doing these Survey's. Today March 15,2021 all my points were deleted. The reason was my points expired. BS as i just joined and did not even have enough to cash them in. Wasted my time and gave them so much private information also. They got what they wanted and i got 0 for my time and effort. Imagine had i had enough points for $100 gift card or more and this problem happened. In a way it's good it happened now, but this shows that they are a SCAM and a FRAUDULENT company that needs to be avoided at all costs!

This survey company is for the birds. I open every survey and 88 out of 100 are " survey is not available". They just recently changed their format and web pages, and this pattern of not being able to complete any surveys has become constant. What a joke and a very big waste of time. They fill my inbox regularly with "New Survey Available" but then it says "OOPS! " survey not available.
I have been trying to be patient but after 9 or 10 years of this, I think that maybe it's time for a big change.

Do you like working for free? Do you like waiting over a week for someone to contact you? Do you like not qualifying for any survey ever, despite being asked to take it? Do you like 100's of spam emails in the middle of the night? Do you want to work for free? If so, do Ipsos. If not, just avoid ALL these sites. They are all the same.

Don't use it. Just avoid.

Offered surveys when not available.In suitable flag more time than not (what the point of completing personal profile)reduced points awarded basically wanting more for less.
Unorganised mayhem with little or no effort to rectify.

If I could give zero stars I would. It takes forever to get the rewards but I kept going and when I finally got enough to get literally five freaking dollars they sent me an email letting me know my account was deactivated and not able to be reactivated. I didn't do anything wrong, but apparently they didn't want to give me my measly five freaking dollars.

Truly believe they are scammers. They make you work like a dog for little pay.
Actually NO pay. That's right, they don't pay.
So I had enough points to redeem a $5 PayPal reward.
They sent me a link to click on and redeem my reward. Inside the link should be a nother link to open and link your PayPal to accept the payment. Guess what, there is no link to open and link my PayPal. I send them numerous mails, to sort the problem. Up until today, they have not responded to me request.
Dam scammers!

Please read and understand!
I have contacted support on numerous occasions, you don't respond. Why should I keep on contacting them, if they /you don't respond.
Abd why do you respond to every one with the same dam copied reply. Attend to your people and problems with real replies and solutions

So you just won't or dont respond to my many requests emails for help
You wont, dont send the payment.
You won't, dont get a solution to your problem.
I wil keep on shaming you until I get my right full payment

I've been doing surveys for years now. I set everything up on i-Say, filled out the profile entirely, and got the "your profile was deactivated" email within, I kid you not, just one day. I have never had this happen with before.

Complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

I say tells me to redeem any points I may have on the website before unsubscribing. I did. But their customer services a joke! Did I receive a response or MY REWARD even after contacting them! Of course not! They don't even have customer service. So they owe me but they don't care!
The hell with them! - they suck - DO NOT JOIN!

They route you to omnibus surveys, letting finish the first 5 and screen you of the last and the get their clients free work. Before I posted this review, an escalation was sent to i-say support, three days later still no response. This is being reported to ESOMAR, and if any of Y'all want to know how to do that, DM me.

Seems pretty legit at first. I completed about 5 days of surveys, then random email received stating I don't meet their needs and all my points are removed.

I have been trying to submit a survey, but this site. Not App. Is not letting me click on it. It speaks volumes when you cannot submit a review. Good or bad on google play store.
I had to submit it this way. Waste of my valuable time. Everyone's time is worth something.

I don't like scams for that reason. It this is legit than the developer has much work to do.

Legit company, but definitely not worth it. Asks the same questions over and over and you MIGHT qualify for one survey out of 10 or 15. In the meantime, they have a ton of your personal information, even though you almost never "qualify" for a survey. Far better sites than this one. Not worth my time.

I would say 90% of the surveys I attempt to do start with the same questions about your shopping habits and skin care, always the same questions, only to be told the survey is already closed or that I wasn't suited for it. You have my profile and we know you have a computer I don't understand why you can't send surveys out to the people you are targeting whether it be age, income, marital status instead of wasting peoples time. I would be a little more understanding if you were just getting started getting your feet on the ground but you are going backwards this used to be an interesting survey site. Why don't you start listening to the complaints that are written about you and make changes instead giving the standard answer that you are sorry and direct people to the FAQ site.

I was convinced on using this service because they advertised that I could test products and leave reviews. THIS IS NOT TRUE. They take your information and sell it. Allow you to take surveys that pay cents on the dollar.
Not worth giving up your privacy.

This company should be shut down. Poor communication with driver and the rider. Charge you if u cancel because their so far out. Change u destination so lyft can charge you more money. Never us them again

I have been participating in almost every survey for half of the year and accumulated around £40 worth points. Then, one day I received an email that they deactivated my account, that it will not be possible to re-activate it and I cannot now redeem any vouchers. They told that my 'member profile is no longer suitable for our market research needs', whatever that means. Moreover, when your profile does not qualify for a survey, they usually just say that, so I do not see why deactivation was necessary. They keep replying me in the same generic email regardless of what I ask them.

So I spent like an hour setting up my account, answering a zillion questions, etc., then I do two surveys, both like 25 minutes long, for 45 points each, I get the points, it says '90 points', and I think, cool, this will be a neat way to earn a bit of money... then I checked back maybe FIVE HOURS LATER, and my point balance is 0, and when I check my account info for the reason, the reason is the my points 'expired'. Expired? In 5 hours? Okay... considering you can't even cash out until you have 1000 points, and considering that probably takes at least a month, how can points expire in a couple HOURS? SCAM!
