Sent my wife flowers for our anniversary through FTD.com, without notifying me they substituted a smaller bouquet for the same price. They were supposed to change out the bouquet for the correct one, but opted to give me a 15% discount and not tell me again. I called them and the employee who answered was exceptionally rude, and hung up on me. Don't use them, don't know how or why FTD would even use them. What a terrible experience, stay away.

My sister sent me flowers for my birthday, she is a sweet woman! The flowers came... and she asked me to send a picture. She was shocked, they were nothing like what she thought she had send. To make it worse the next day they were completely dead. She called the florist, Creations from the Heart... and they apologized and said they would send another arrangement. That arrangement never came and when my sister called them a second time, they were very rude and BACK CHARGED her credit card for the second arrangement that never arrived. Seriously, you could get better flowers if you picked them from the side of the road. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, not only are they unprofessional, they cursed my sister on the phone and I believe that back charging a credit card is illegal.
