It is extremely helpful looking stuff up through several different ways i.e. Email, phone number, etc. Highly recommend if you are doing any investigative work on potential employees.
I looked up my own name first just to see and found so much incorrect information to my surprise. Current address listed was fourteen years old, schools universities no listed with Army retirement information and combat medals. Old arrest record photos of criminal conduct convictions that was overturned on appeal. Unrelated names all over the place with my report.
Not helpful, no information. I tried 3 different vin and still nothing was showing. I tried one that was from an old 1985 and was not very hopeful for information, it gave me nothing. I tried my actual car, no infos, than I tried my boyfriend, who as a "VGA" mention as it was severely damage, but still on the road and it did not show up. Not worth. I cancel the same day, and hope not to be charge again

This site is a scam. They said they could locate information of an owner and I paid $2.95 and that information was not available. Then I had the "offer" of an upgraded and more in-depth "VIN" search that shows the owner and all previous owners, it costs another $9.95. I paid it only to see, "no owner information found." Then why did you charge me? Instead, they show you how to apply for that information with a DMV form. This is a total scam in my opinion so don't fall prey.

I purchased a report for a vehicle (a VIN lookup). I did not create any account, neither was i informed that by purchasing from them lock you enter into an automatic monthly subscription of $25. You have not choice in the the matter. After the purchase, they sent you an email stating this fact. If you never see the email (goes in spam account) you are charged. Sneaky unscrupulous (I cant say that word on her)!

I was attempting to locate phone numbers for witnesses of an accident that the Investigating police officer had not provided.
Paid for the 7 day trial. Received few results on the 5 people of my interest.
But did get a notice saying more results available just pay an additional almost $20 to view them. I felt as this was a start of "Rabbit Holes" so I quit and then I tried to Google the names and found way more data, including "Sex Offender" results on two of the five people, that Infotracer did not display..

When I first entered the number I was looking for, their page said they had all information on this number and they would give it to me after I paid a fee. I paid my fee and then clicked "get information" and their page then said they had no information on this number.
This is false advertising and they should refund any person when they do not deliver on what they promise.
Massive scam. Walk away.
Nothing. No help.
If you cannot deliver on what you promise, them do not charge a fee.

Reports are not very accurate. There is clearly information from others with the same name- social media profiles, businesses etc. did not even have the person's middle name. Definitely not worth the price and could get better info by performing independent research. Unfortunate, because I wanted to like this site.

I have been able to find information that I could never find on whitepages. I'm amazed at how thorough this service is. One of the best and very affordable.
Paid the fee for "full access" on 27 June 21. Once inside all you get is very generic access, such as that a file exists with the name you searched. Useless information that you can get free online. On 4 July 2021, without any avoid or new research by me this site charged me on my credit card more $19.05 for nothing! Then I am trying have my money back without ANY answer from them! This is internet FRAUD! I ONLY USED THIS SERVICE ON 27 JULY 2021 WHEN I PAID FOR FULL ACESS.

I found out a little more information on my husband but not so much on his ex girlfriend Jeannie Marshall. I believe my husband is using his phone alot and hiding things I don't have access to but he hides his phone and does everything on it while I'm at work. There is definitely some trust issues but I can't find a current location of Ms. Marshall.
I'm not sure if there is anything you need to improve because all the available information is there but some of it is not updated. My husband and I have been married since 2020 and doesn't show me as a wife and the ex has been out of the picture for over 15 years so that should be updated.

Seems to deliver a good amount of information and especially what I was interested in locating! Not bad at all! Compared to other services I've used, info-tracer has delivered much more in one go-round than any other service on many, many go-rounds. This was just a phone reverse lookup and so i cannot comment on the full spectrum of a comprehensive search, but imho info-tracer is ahead by a good margin. Looking forward to my next searches! I expected to get a specific report on a single person, myself. Instead I got this weird mix of information pertaining to all the people with the same first and last names.

I had a prior membership at $9.95 a month but, it was canceled due to lack of payment. My debit card had been compromised so it needed to be shut off, resulting in some automatic payments I had scheduled didn't get updated(my bad). So when I realized this got back into renewing my membership I opted for the annual payment of $39.95 a yr. This time around and once I saw how much I was saving, I was sold. Just paid for premium report. Only to be given the first name of the person. Which I already know. And the province they live in which I already knew. No actual listed address or anything. Literally told me nothing that I couldn't find out by simply looking up the area code. What a scam service.

The person I spoke with I hope I get his name correct was Tom. He made sure I was taken care of and his patience with me he gets a 10 for that alone. The call dropped and he actually called me back. That has never happened and even the people who you expect to call you back. Have never returned the call. All around he was an amazing customer service agent. Paid the fee for "full access" on 20 March 21. Once inside all you get is very generic access, such as that a file exists with the name you searched. Useless information that you can get free online. Click on the report for the details, then you must pay $18.00 for "Premium Service". Then you try to find out info on a "Breach Report". This is another extra fee ranging from $9.95 to 19.95! This is internet FRAUD!
Still waiting. But regardless, I am sure all I will hear are excuses. Full Access should be just that. Its not!
