Parts arrived fast! Very wonderful company to deal with. I got them to ship the item to Canada and there were no extra, surprise charges in the end. We purchased and new seat for our forklift. Unfortunately there was an issue with a faulty switch in the seat. I contacted Customer Service, who sent me out a new seat immediately. Companies can be great when everything goes right, the true test is what happens when there is a problem. Intella Lift Parts passed the test.
