They provide a great selection of features that are built to last. Mine has been going strong for years and still works like new. “Where's our refund?”

Husband ordered a pinball machine on 11/15/22. Cost was over $10K! We expected delivery in 2/23. Never showed up. Some back and forth with the sales department about when to expect it. By 7/23, it still hadn't shown up, so we requested a full refund, at which point we were told it was no longer available anyway. When were they going to freely disclose that news? It's now 3/24, and after LOTS of inquiries and little to no response from this company, we STILL haven't received our refund! Guess it's time to take legal action. Save yourselves a lot of aggravation and DO NOT order from this company!

Don't use this company! I ordered a $10,000 jukebox and have not been able to get an update. Every email from them says checking on it for months. Now the website is down and phone disconnected. Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of. If I do not receive a refund I will be taking legal action.

Appreciate all your info about the jukebox. Am trying to be patient but all my friends are apprehensive. After 10 months it is hard to stay patient. I hope it comes soon. What if it takes another Year? Or not at all. The money I gave disappeared?
I will try and get thru April and after that I give up...

I ordered the NEW AGE VP virtual pinball machine. This is so cool! 80,000 games, thousands of pinballs and it has the 40" playfield. Now I am downloading more pinball games from ZEN studios.

Jan 5th, 2024, i ordered a console video game for just over $2400 and paid in full. Was advised, the unit will take about 6 weeks to build and deliver. Lo and Behold the unit never shpwed and it seems their number *******859) has been assigned to a new company, Also as of this morning, their website(InTheNewAge) is "down" for maintence. I sent them anemail, inquiring of this and no responses. With that, i lanched a complaint and investigate with the BBB and also clled my Bank, to have the charges reversed. Anyone else out there have issues with the recent orders?

I ordered a pinball machine last may. James Bolin first said 6-8 weeks. Then it was September then it was November then it was march. Now it March 26 and James Bolin has no working phones and not responding to emails. Over 8k$ spent. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME! Keep moving to an honest company. Don't order from James Bolin and " in the new age". Scam!

Will update as this saga unfolds. Ordered an arcade game on Sunday Feb 12 costing over $5,000. Was immediately texted for payment info, which I responded to right away. Payment was processed and order initiated. Was told in text to expect 2-4 weeks for delivery. It's now April 19th and still no machine. In fact received a delivery / tracking email on April 5th, called today to inquire about why it's taking so long only to find out the contract was cancelled?! This company may be on the up and up? But if you're hoping for them to deliver as promised forget about it. Bare minimum the best I can hope for at this point is a 2.5 month wait vs the 2-4 weeks promised or the 5-7 weeks their confirmation email suggests. Imagine if they were as punctual about follow through as they are collecting payment. If they can't do what they promise they at the very least need to adjust their promises. Hoping this doesn't have to escalate to court and a slew of public reviews online but will keep everyone posted.

I'm really glad I decided to make the purchase from In The New Age store; it was my best online shopping experience to date! With its realistic rebounder and engaging graphics, their basketball arcade machine has been giving me a great shooting experience. This company is a joke do not order anything from them they are scammers. I purchased a jukebox from them over a year and a half ago and never got it. Then I requested a refund of my over 8,000 they sent me an email that said I would get my refund in two weeks it has now been 6 weeks and nothing.

I recently bought a basketball arcade machine from In The New Age store, which is the best purchase I have ever made online! Father of two boys here, posting about my experience with the arcade / entertainment company In The New Age who we found while looking for a traditional pinball machine for the kids. Although I found the crew at In The New Age pleasant to work with during the purchase, we are not happy with them or our Future Pin 2000. On 9/16/21 we ordered the unit with a couple of options. We were told "white glove delivery" by someone who could demonstrate how to navigate, set up files, internet connection, etc in about four to six weeks if I recall correctly. On 10/3/21 we were offered some options, (including an upgrade to the 6000) one of which I didn't catch was already part of my initial invoice. I hastily approved it while my wife was in the hospital so I paid for it twice.

After many rounds of following up over the next six months, we finally got the unit on 4/14/22. It had a couple of bees in it and was delivered by a two man crew who had never seen one before and not instructions but we were still glad to have it. It was also missing agreed upon options only one of which I was made aware of and credited for.

The system is difficult to learn and navigate through. It has game files that do not work, games that don't work with the included controls, some of the games don't fit the screen, has writing that is so pixelated that you can't make it out, etc. They take a while to load so it can be frustrating. My tech savy kids even wanted to smash it...

Within two weeks, the switch broke and I never got service or a replacement. I asked for them to pickup the unit and refund the money but haven't gotten a response. Since then, I went to dust the machine off and found the right side of the lower TV had fallen down. I want this machine out of my house! For some reason the site won't allow me to upload more that the one pic.

I just got myself a Stern Jurassic Park Pinball machine from In The New Age, and they were awesome! Everything was seamless - ordering, shipping, setup - and I was playing with the machine only one week after. Everything works great, as advertised! Can't thank In The New Age enough for providing an amazing experience.

The staff at In The New Age was extremely helpful in finding the perfect NEW AGE Arcade Pedestal for my gaming center. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality gaming equipment.

They know how to take care of their customers - I bought my awesome Multicade Arcade Machine from them and it's been awesome ever since. My game room looks epic now and I'm having way too much fun playing all the classic games on it. Big thumbs up to In The New Age, they rock!

I bought a Rocket Music Center Jukebox for my wife's 50th birthday and we were very excited to have it. We ordered it for our new home, which we are renovating, in November of last year. It was delivered with no problem but we couldn't put it in immediately because of the construction. We were finally able to install it in June of this year. When we unpacked it we noticed two things right off the bat. One is that there was a brake or split in the wood at the top of the unit. And 2, that there were two of the lights on the front of the consul that were out. But we were so pleased to have it that we looked past the flaws. We started using the turntable immediately and it was great. Then about a week later the turntable just stopped working. I contacted the company and they gave me the number of their technician. He was hard to get a hold of and it seemed he had a whole other job at a food market in a different state. Even when I got in touch with him I would constantly be having to call him back because his repair guy wasn't around. I would send them pictures for them to review and they would never call to give me an update and every time I called them they could give me no answer because THEY HAD NEVER WORKED ON A TURNTABLE BEFORE which I found strange given the fact that the company makes 5 differnt models with turntable.
I will admit that because we had to delay the installation of the jukebox, I was contacting them after the 6-month warranty. But if they build units that just last six and a half months, I don't consider that a very good craftmanship or a good company. The technician even wanted me to send them a record so they could study how it works. When I contact the company again they told me they would check with the technician and NEVER EMAIL ME BACK. Even when I wrote to say I was done with waiting for them I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CHEAPLY MADE UNITS AND THEY DO NOT BACK UP THEIR WORK. I can only be glad I didn't buy one of the more expensive models.

Yes you are the one that kept chatting and called a few times about the turn table not working. My tech Jose was trying to help you trouble shoot it because this was a first. But you failed to mention you opened it 7 months later and the cabinet was cracked? No, we cant back something you opened 7 months later with a cracked cabinet, even though you are willing to over look it.

We could not afford the D.Core Cirrus Massage Chair. However, after speaking to one of the chat agents at this company the recommended we get an Infinity massage chair for 1/2 the cost. NO REGRETS! It is absolutely high end!
