Claim Your BusinessI've been buying from Invaluable for about 2 years now and have had all positive experiences. I've learned along the way to check out the location of the auction house before bidding and not to buy large or heavy items unless I can drive easily to the auction house to pick them up, as shipping for large or heavy items can cost much more than you paid for the item. I mostly buy jewelry and have been disappointed only once or twice but not so much as to keep me from bidding again, and I've gotten some great bargains! I've bought over 60 items in 2 years. Do your research and enjoy!
I was very careful and deliberate to sign up for $30 per month as their no refund policy under any circumstances is in the small print. When I was sent my receipt it was for $250 I protested to Inaudible in writing explaining the circumstances and that I would pay for the $30 to try them out. No luck for me. My credit card company said there is nothing that can be done by them because the small print says all sales are final with no exceptions. Now I am afraid that they will auto renew and I will get another unwanted year. They do seem to have most every piece of art I would want to look up. To me I am hoping for a less predatory company.
Blatantly allow mispresented auction houses for permitting reviews and do not even know or can communicate their policies how review process works. Do not waste your energy if you have questions, their customer support team is beyond unhelpful and cannot comprehend simple questions as it relates to their own policies. David needs a whole new team

Tip for consumers:
No Refunds by the company is their policy in the small print, so to speak. Once one pays one must accept the consequences, usefulness and problems of the website and the data of the app without recourse. I wonder why that would be. I have never found and used another company that has this policy. I assume this policy reflects on them accurately. My advice is to start reading the small print if one can find the time.
If you are interested in purchasing artwork through an auction, this site lists auction houses and their offerings from all over the world. These are live auctions you can "attend" and bid. I've used the site a number of times and have been satisfied with the process, A cautionary note. If you have never attended an auction I suggest you participate in a few and do some mock bidding. This will give you time to become familiar with the prices and more importantly you will reduce the possibility of over-bidding when it's your real money. Only bid on things you really like. Don't forget the dealer's premium and shipping cost have not been added to your bid. Good luck.
