I Want That Hair

I placed my order on 9/30/2015 and received half of it 3 weeks later. They charge your credit card when the order is placed not shipped. So you are screwed. Their customer service line is busy 24/7. I have tried all hours of the day. I have sent dozens of email with no response. The live chat is a joke and does not work. So unfortunate, as I can't find my product anywhere else. Do not order from this website.

Would rate NO stars if I could. Same experience as the others. Ordered three weeks ago and no product received. Emailed a week ago and no response. Only phone contact on returns page--- and unsuccessful call. Didn't think of googling company before I ordered.Live and learn. Fortunately it was only an $18 order.

I ordered hair product back on 3/18/11 and still have not received the product and on the website they have a live help. The live help is a joke, it keeps you waiting until 5PM when they close.

I have done this for the past two days.

They have charge my credit card on 3/21/11 but now I have no way of contacting them to see where my order is.

The email address also does not get a response.

I would recommend that noone purchase from this site at any time.

This website is truly a fake! I made on purchase on 3. 13. 11 and was supposed to receive the products in 2 - 4 days. It never happened. There is no address for the company other than Chicago, Illinois. The website claims you can "live chat" with a customer service representative. I was the "next in que" for almost three hours with no one responding. They give a *******257 phone number and no one ever responds! I left numerous messages for them to call me back. I am sick and ordered some hair care products due to hair loss. It's a shame that they take advantage of innocent people!

Ordered over a month ago. My credit card was charged. They would not reply to my first email and then the second email bounced back undeliverable. I recommend that you not order from this site.

SCAM! This site is nothing but a lame scam site. You can tell that it is a scam site because they lack in contact information and also background info. I ordered one thing from this site and it took them 3 weeks just to email me back and tell me it was out of stock and on top of that there customer service was rude trying to tell me that they are not a scam and how they been successful for 13 years. Ummm BULL! Bottom line don't bother spending your money here. They may look like they have amazing products, but that's just a cover the real truth is that they are a scam!

I wish that I would have googled for reviews of this site before I ordered a month ago. The order was placed on July 6 and my credit card was charged on July 7. An email came that my order was shipped on July 7. On July 14, I went on the site chat and they said that my order would be shipped that day. On July 21 again they said it would be shippped that day. The UPS tracking showed no track after my order number. Then on July 25 on chat they said that my order was being shipped and I would be credited for $31 for a product not shipped. I contacted them every day until my order finally came on July 29, three weeks after the credit card was charged. The order was one item short. I persistantly contacted them every day on chat and they kept throwing me off chat. There is no phone number to contact them. Finally yesterday, August 4, I was credited $10.50 for the item not sent. If I had not been so persistant, I am sure that I would never gotten my order or received any of the credits. I will never order from this company again. Be forwarned.

Don't order from this site, you'll lose your money. - Got ripped off by ordering beauty products. Will be filing a dispute claim via my credit card (thank heavens my card does a good job of refunding money). I've notified the "company" via email and also through the website (chatbox) probably 10 times that I have not received the products, I want a refund, etc. It's been almost 2 months. They have not responded ONCE. Through a little digging around I think this is one of many scam sites by the same "company" out of Grayson, GA. I'm a huge internet shopper and HAD they delivered I would've spread the good word about them based upon their product list and price, but now they'll get nothing but bad publicity (honest reviews) from me since they didn't even bother to respond to my complaints.

I wish I had found a review of this site before ordering. They scammed me out of my money as well. I ordered two products (shampoo and conditioner) I only recevied one and with the enclosed packing slip was written "Refunded". I never received a refund. I sent an email and after a week with no response I sent an email to the one from their paypal and got this message
"Automated Reply: Thank you for contacting Emily at Goo4swap.com. We are sad to say that we have no further plans to re-open at the moment. I only check this email periodically but will respond to important questions. Thanks, Emily"
Nothing from their chat either. Its been two weeks now and im about sure ive been had.
Do not do business with this site! If I made some sort of mistake or if my situation is righted I will be glad to edit or change my review. But seeing as I am not the only one to have this happen to them I doubt I will have any luck. There's not much I can do, I suppose I just have to take my losses. BE WARNED.
