I went to Jaks Liquor in Coquitlam to purchase some wine, and ended up buying the wine, some beer and Southern Comfort. Shop assistant was reasonably helpful, but no more that I would expect from someone doing their job. When I went to pay with my card, I had to choose an option for how I would tip. Really? What a cheek! Government liquor stores for me from now on: better service, better selection, better prices. And no tipping.
