DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have requested them to either send the item or a refund several times. I then demanded a refund - still nothing.

Wished I had read the reviews before placing an order on April 22,2023. A week ago I received an email stating the tracking number was fraudulent and that they will assign a new tracking number. I entered my order number on their website and my order is no where to be found. Waste of money and time. Not sure how I'm going to get my money back.

I bought two shirts, and I don't like the slippery feel of the fabric. The company is no longer responding to my emails now that they know it's a return. It's infuriating.

The fabrics are beautiful in the pictures. All descriptions say lightweight, but absolutely not! They don't breathe and the inside is white which looks terrible against dark fabric. Took over 3 weeks for delivery. When I reached out about a return, response was so sad, too bad.

I ordered from this company and later found reviews. I was worried I had spent a large amount of money and was about to be screwed. Well I was really shocked when my order arrived and it was perfect. I received the order early, it was packaged nicely and had a pleasant note included. I was very pleased with the items a Chihuahua long sleeve shirt and PJ set. Both were made nice and looked far better than the photos on the site. If I had read the reviews first I would not have ordered from this company so I'm glad I did not read the reviews first this time.

What a terrible company! First it takes forever to get anything... and if your not happy with your purchase - you can't send it back. Also if you cancel your order within 24 hours, they charge you 20%. I can't believe this is even a company.
Oh I almost forgot... when I asked if we could please stop the emails so I could actually talk to someone - they said they do not have a phone at this time...

Tried for over one week + to return item due to size. Consistently get a return email of "due to high volume of requests"….you get the point. Do not recommend this company due to loss of customer service. Made in China….need I say more.

I ordered 2 volleyball hoodies. I'm the pictures it looks amazing every thing I wanted. Took three weeks to get it. And when I got it omg what garbage not worth more then $10 dollars. And I paid 40 dollars each. Yes each 80 dollars plus shipping. And when I ask to return it. It's a big run around. Still waiting to get my money back. Stay far alway from this compote a scam. With fake pictures. Scam. Scam scam. Please think 5 times before buying from this place

Do not order from this company. Best thing to do is report them and force them to close down their web site. They gave me a fraudulent tracking number. A scam and lies!

December 3 I ordered pajamas from Jammysjob… when I finally received it after Christmas much later than I expected since I paid for shipping. I was highly disappointed the quality is very low the fabric & fit everything was not good at all. I tried to return this item and I got no response or address therefore I was unable to return it…I am a dissatisfied customer & will never buy anything from this company again. Buyers beware

Not even worth any stars. The products they sell are poor quality CHEAP printed plastic "material" - can't even call it fabric. The only thing worse than their horrible products and deceptive business practices is their HORRIBLE customer service. They're rude and dismissive. DO NOT buy from them!

Ordered 2 ladies shirts. Took 26 days to arrive. Shirts had fowl odor and made of the cheapest fabric. Customer service is as bad as their products and delivery schedule!

I ordered 2 items in 2 different sizes as most are aware sizes varies depending on material. I asked to return the 1 item however Jammy Job Support Team instructed me that there will be a 30% fee to return the item which is ridiculous. I am willing to pay the shipping cost to return the item or deliver it to them in person.

I ordered this shirt Jan 31 for a first time mom gender reveal theme party (Mardi Gras). Feb 5 it was shipped for delivery, party Feb 19, received shirt March 22. I have been in contact with this company. Pointless… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO REFUND/ ALL SALES ARE FINAL EVEN IF IT IS THERE PRODUCTION FAULT. THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE GIVING ME 80% REFUND WHEN I REQUESTED 100% REFUND. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Takes forever to receive stuff and it's hard to find ur orders. I one shirt I got was huge going by their measurements. Don't buy from them, go anywhere else.

If you don't have 3 months before you need the merchandise, forgot this company. I ordered 4 tee shirts for a silly golf tournament 6 weeks before the event. Once I found out that they were not going to even get the product shipped before I needed it, I tried to cancel. Didn't work…. Now I have 4 tee shirts that I will never use, still packaged. They will not accept the return. They said they needed 3-5 days to produce the product and 13-18 days to deliver…. NOT!

Rusted, chipping, and leaking heavily after less than a year, contacted multiple times and was ignored.

My husband bought me a blue skull hand bag for mother's day. I had it a couple weeks befor using it and the first time using the handle broke. They refused to fix it. Even if I was using it for the few weeks a bag over $50 should last longer than 3 weeks. Just shower how poorly made these bags are. Would give a 0 if I could.

Never contact this store. I bought two things from them, a fabric bag that cost $15 and a Blouse for $35, they sent me only a bag, and the order was made for two things at once. This bag is not worth even $ 1, and they did not send the blouse, more than a month and a half passed and they did not return the money or the blouse. Although if the blouse is of the same quality as the bag from the bag, then let them keep it.

I had ordered a few things from Jammy Job in early January... 7 weeks went by with no response, confirmation code, order number, etc. Finally i reached out via email to find out the status as I had already been charged. Their support team responded saying that the order was ready for shipment but has not been shipped yet due to the holidays and covid. I asked if they would cancel my order as I am moving in a few weeks and will no longer be at the same address. They basically said too bad. That they can't do anything. Horrible customer service and a pretty $#*!ty way to do business.

Never got an order confirmation email, which was red flag #1. Eventually I received the dress I ordered, which was a gift for a friend, and I ordered the wrong size. After emailing and telling them that I didn't have the order number due to never receiving a confirmaiton, they were able to find my order through other info I gave them. At first they thought I was saying that I didn't receive the item, which I never alluded to so I'm not sure why they were thinking that. Once that was handled, I explained the situation and asked to get an exchange or return since I ordered the wrong size. I was told that per their policy, they do not do exchanges or returns for that reason because their size chart is on their website for customers to reference. They then told me that they could send me a replacement but I had to pay a 30% fee for it. So not only was I told that I would not get my money back, but I was also told that if I wanted a replacement, I had to shell out more money to even get it. At the worst I was expecting them to tell me I'd have to pay for the shipment in order to do a return/exchange because that's pretty common, businesses big and small do that. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with that website and I will not be returning and I urge others to stay away from it too. They do not care about their customers at all, they only care about money.

This place is a joke and they site isa scam don't buy from them cause the item won't show up go to a different states their is no phone number.

I placed an order then cancelled it within 3-4 hours. They assessed a 20% cancellation fee and would not alter this in spite of my complaint. I think a company is entitled to have any sort of cancellation fee they want but it should be prominently displayed during the ordering process. The fee was absolutely not displayed at all, but was buried in the infamous "terms and conditions." I can't speak to the quality of the clothing since I cancelled the order.
