Looks more like a scam. Worst website, won't recommend to anyone. They will confirm availability and at the last time will cancel your order

I purchased spray gun and not working when I operated now behind them but poor response. Poor expereince

After order they will say alot of items are not in stock and refund will be taking ages.
If you want to return any item then they will try their best to stop it and after several follow up they will finally take it back and then try to send you again with saying no refund for item even if it was delivered faulty.,
WORST return/refund policy.
STAY AWAY

Professional Communication and follow up, Product as describe and taking any comment in consideration.

My personal experience, dont buy any product from this company. They dont have proper customer service, They sent iphone 6 which worked for just 20days and when i called they said they can replace or service. Worst company ever.

Recently I came across this site and it was different from other online shopping sites. It had very detailed product description which no other sites had and that really made my life easier to choose a product. Great app!

I just want to say how much I appreciate Jazp. They are the best online shopping platform that I have dealt with. They have great customer service as well. Overall a great site and a satisfied customer.

This is my first time and will be my last time to place an
Order via Jazp.

I placed an order on 25 Aug 18 and I received a call from Jazp within the same
Day to confirm the order and confirm the delivery time which they told me that
The delay very will be by 3 working day and the charge
9 dirhams for processing the order. Which they should not charge the customers
As they need long time to know if the products acutely there or not. And till
Date they don't know.! As I called them today which 5 days past and they
Still would like to know with the product availability! Helloo guys you don't
Know about the products availability why u do offers and you do confirm the
Shipment time this is excuse me " stupidly" and fooling the customers;(

I don't recommend this website for people like me
Which they would not like to be fooled and waiting for long to get the
Shipment.

My advise for Jazp:
1. Do offers with available products or can get them
Immediately.
2. If your buyer and the other shops u dealing with
Will let you delaying customer shipment STOP dealing with them the market is
Toooooo big and there's many would like to do business.
3. If the issue with the management or the manager who
Dealing with the suppliers PLZ change or train him to do the job right.
4. Be updated with market competition as there's many
Websites doing same ur business but they way better with their services such as
( Souq.com, AWOK, etc and others you know very well.

I have been using this online store for 2 years, much user-friendly interface than any other online stores. Kudos to the team managing the aesthetics of the site and the team handling the product details.

I requested for a quick delivery and i received my shipment with in a day, because my daughter was traveling the same day to India.
