Wanted to write a review for JeepBolts cause they are a great place. I have had nothing but amazing luck with them after 17 orders for my place in Texas. The products always arrive quickly without any delays. I believe in supporting the smaller guy and I really hope this helps them grow.

I purchased some bolts through jeepbolts.com. Checking out I checked the box "shipping same as billing" However the bolts went someplace else. I sent three emails before getting a response almost a week later. The guy who responded first started his email his response was: "is this (so and so) lol" Seriously this is from customer service. Three word response! I responded, no my name is not, whatever name he called me (I cant remember) and repeated my issue. He then responded: "there is some guy on Instagram claiming to be you" What? Why is he looking for my bolts on Instagram or even looking at his Instagram in response to my problem? BIZARRE! But I responded that I was indeed not that guy and even looked at my Instagram account for the first time in years to check. But again stated that i had my order delivered to some strange address. His response was essentially order it again, maybe if the guy who signed for it sent it back I could get the bolts. I told him I didn't make an error and he sent me a screenshot of his order sheet as proof. I work in the IT field and designed pay and web service and know thatvautofil helpers, especially Google assist can have problems on the back side of secure web site orders during processing. I decided that I didn't want to waste another minute of my time with someone who thought they could just point to a screenshot as proof that he was correct. It was an obvious web address assist error on their web site But the response took so long to get back to me and the guys had the professionalism of a crack head so I wrote of the money and wrote this review. I hope that this review will at least cost them the money I sent so them. Dont expect a quick response and don't expect anything reasonable unless you have an active Instagram account.

Wanted to leave a review on this place. They have always been great to me. Only been shopping with them since 2017, but they have always been great. Recently I came to them with a steering problem and they managed to track down a part I had been looking for for almost 2 years. They gave me the invoice so it was covered under the warranty and they didn't mark the part up at all. They got it just to help someone out. That's customer service. This is a great store that I have recommended to everyone that I know. Will continue to be a repeat customer because even if I call them with a part not on their site, they manage to track it down. Thanks
