I tried placing an order for some Roxy jeans because they sold out on Roxy's official site, but Jeffrey-michael.com said they still had the jeans in stock. My payment was declined. I should have stopped there but instead I tried again and received a confirmation that my payment was processed. I was given an order number. I never received an email confirmation. I returned to the website 2 days later and it said my payment had failed, but my bank statement shows the payment went through. I tried contacting someone but there is no phone number, email or address listed on the website. The messaging system on their site kept giving me errors. My conclusion is that this is either an abandoned website that is running itself somehow, or it's a scam. Either way It's been over a week and I've had no success getting my order taken care of so I told my bank it was a fraudulent charge. I would recommend that everyone stay away from this website.

Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase from this site. It doesn't work properly when running your credit card, and there is no option for contacting customer service for help.
Jeffrey-Michael online clothing website is a TOTAL SCAM!
They scammed me, took money out of my account, and I never received the shoes I ordered
From their website! ($49.50)
Then, on top of that, my credit card information was stolen by someone at Jeffrey-Michael to fraudulently purchase items that amounted to over $1,900.00!
My bank alerted me that my card was being used for fraudulent transactions!
I had to close me credit card down.
When I realized what was going on, I tried to contact Jeffrey-Michael on their website, but their "contact us" form DOESN'T EVEN WORK! YOU CAN'T EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THEIR FORM!
IN ADDITION, THEIR WEBSITE HAS NO ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM!
This company is a total scam and it pisses me off that they even still have their website up!
(I reported them to the Fraud Department of the U.S. Government today. Hopefully the FEDS will SHUT DOWN this fraudulent online business SCAM...AND SOON!)
