Have been downloading their free games for about a year. Any problems I may have with a game, I just email Jenkat and get a swift reply, usually with an immediate answer to my problem. Jenkat is courteous, prompt and very helpful. Even my 87-year-old mom has started downloading games from Jenkat - she's having a blast. UPDATE... Since mid-2014 Jenkat has been having problems with their downloader. You don't see what you're accepting/declining so may end up with adware/toolbar... WOT hasn't liked it either. Now most, but not all games are downloaded via Big Fish Games or iWin game managers... free trials or ads only choices, unless you want to buy the games. NOT RECOMMEND unless make changes back to old way of doing.
