This team is very well put together they replaced my tail light even though it's some thing they don't do on Corvettes very often but it's very pleased with the service in Paris is a new edition she did a wonderful job and so did everyone thank you very much. Thank you.

The personnel at this service center are extremely rude and cuss words without hesitation. Shame on them! I went to get oil and filter changed and when I heard the price I called the nearby dealer and told the person at Jiffy Lube service center that they are charging more than they should. He got very angry and asked to to get out! Very unprofessional. Shell, the parent company, needs to train these people on customer service. Their crude behavior is unacceptable. Its really a shame. I've been here 2 time first time was alright but the second time they did a bad job of rotating my tired and did my oil change. They don't know how to fill up tires and they didn't check if the oil plug was tightened, I was leaking oil all week and on Friday my lights went on bland burn all my oil from my car I want it to be looked at and put all the oil I wanted back my plug came out while driving made a big mess and want all my money back and get my new oil change at Toyota and they pay for the service

I used to work for Jiffy Lube I know I go they charge you for things that you don't need they'll tell you need it but you don't need it I will go to another place to handle business there's a racist company it's only two black people work in Friendswood Texas store now it's only one black person working Friendswood store that's racist they will fire you if I could get them zero Stars I would but I can't they want you to pick at least one star don't trust Jiffy Lube and they drink on the job alcohol beer

This company has the worst service and gives wrong information. In the website, it was told discount with group coupons, however, after changing the oil didn't accept their own coupons and even charged more than indicated in their website. I strongly discourage to going to this place for oil exchange or any services

I will never go to them. I suggest no one goes to them. They messed up my motor. Also they accept a marijuana for payment and then they wanna hurry up and ship the guys out that did it but I'm not stopping you. I'm calling Solve It 7 and I'm taking him to small claims court. I'm gonna have a thorough mechanic go with my car because I know you are messed it up. Nothing was wrong with it before they touched it.

The person in charge argued that in addition to the required oil change at 30,000 miles I needed transmission and differential oil changeas well. I trusted them, but when I researched online those were needed at 90,000 miles instead. Shame on them! Their deceptive practices have lost me as a customer.

I'll be fair and give them credit for having a clean shop, quick to get my car in, polite staff.

Here's what I can't stand - the endless SELLING. They want to get as much out of you as they can and it's obvious they see women as sitting ducks. I went in for an oil change. AN OIL CHANGE. They wanted to do $500 worth of services and made it sound urgent.

My regular mechanic took a look at this estimate (I didn't let them do most of what they wanted to) and called them crooks.

Never will I darken their doorstep again.

Oh, and my engine light came on a day after they changed my oil.

Do not go to Jiffy Lube if you truly care about Quality service for your car. Unfortunately, my husband took my car there for a simple oil change. The Jiffy Lube Worker's performance on my vehicle was shoddy and he did not even screw the cap back on correctly. When problem discovered at my next oil change after the Thanksgiving holidays their corporate office would not budge on regard or respect for the problem their worker caused claiming I had exceeded the warranty guidelines by 1 week and 1 mile. Never again will I go to or send anyone to Jiffy "Shoddy Workmanship" Lube. They are pure crap. Do not waste your time or money going there.

Avoid Jiffy “Shoddy Workmanship” Lube at all costs. Not worth the pain or headache.

The manager authorized the printing of my bill and accepted my payment without providing the services it said were completed. When questioned, he became argumentative and shouted over my concerns. My biggest worry was that it should have taken longer than 5 minutes to drain the oil, replace the old filter, and put in new oil.

Upon giving jiffy lube 4 star review, I went home that evening and glanced at my reciept and was surprised to find on my invoice they vacuumed my floorboard topped wiper fluid off checked belts etc... thankyou for service I never expected.i assumed I was just getting an oil change. Great staff

The Eastgate, Jiffy Lube, is the location I have gone too for many years. I trust them, I have always had great, honest work done, and the mgr, Ricky, has always been so helpful and thorough! I highly recommend them. Due to all the Eastgate construction and road closure by this location, it unfortunately, has affected their business. LET'S HELP THEM OUT AND GET AN OIL CHANGE THERE

I will preface this by saying 90% of the time I change the oil myself in all 3 of our vehicles because I simply don't trust technicians.
Last summer I needed it done before a long trip and my son-in-law took it to Jiffy Lube as a favor to me during his lunch break.
Months later when it needed changing again I found the drain plug was rounded to the point I could not get a wrench on to get it off.
I had to take it to my regular mechanic who has a lift. He found not only was the plug rounded but it was also cross threaded. He needed a pipe on the handle of his wrench to get it off.
Even worse it was tightened by Jiffy Lube so much the oil pan itself was bent upward.
I had to have the oil pan replaced at my cost!
A fifth grader can change oil after a lesson or two!

I am livid having to pay for this extra work plus removing the factory installed original oil pan part.
The number one rule changing oil is to ALWAYS put the drain plug in hand tight until you can't turn it anymore, then snug it up with a non-pneumatic wrench.

Today's cars cost big bucks and Jiffy Lube owes me the repair costs!
Don't trust this company to complete what should be a simple task!
I feel bad because my son in-law was doing me a favor and it turned out disastrous!

I have no receipt for the oil change just their window sticker and the receipt from my unexpected repair bill.
I want to rate JIFFY LUBE ZERO STARS but site jabber doesn't allow it!

I'm still trying to decide if the staff at this location, Route 30 in Absecon, NJ are this incompetent, or if it's intentional. You be the judge. Almost a year ago, my wife brought our Hyundai here for a an oil change. A few months later, we notice the bolts that hold two covers to the underside of the body, which have to be removed for the oil change, hadn't been replaced. More than 3/4 of them were missing. Eventually, the cover flapped around under the car, causing damage, which I reported to Jiffy Lube. The manager, Will, reacted in the exact manner I wanted. He offered to replace the damaged part, and ensured me if I brought the car back on days he was in, he would personally do the oil change each time to make sure it was done right.

If you take a moment to examine these pictures, taken from under my Hyundai after an oil change from this Jiffy Lube, ask yourself if this looks correct to you? Zip ties where push rivets should be, missing bolts, why not use some packaging twine?

Whenever you see a video of a car that limps into a real mechanic because of some careless action taken by the technician a quick lube location, think of this location. This is easily the most pathetic attempt I've seen at a person doing their job, let alone the manager. If Hyundai wanted the car zip tied together, they would have installed zip ties in the first place. Who could possibly think this is correct? They simply did the oil change, and my wife left with the illusion it had been done right.

If you're not mechanically inclined, If you're not willing to crawl under your vehicle to inspect the work that is done here, you're taking the chance your car will be the one that gets zip tied, or worse instead of being serviced properly.

Are you kidding me! $756 for an oil change! That's what they wanted to charge me! I know it's a diesel truck, but I paid no more than $300 at the dealer to have the fuel filters changed etc… I complained, and he grudgingly dropped it to $589…. I still did not want to pay that! Very, very very discouraged!

I'm about to leave the Jiffy Lube in Jeffersonville, IN on 10th Street. But I decided to write this review before I leave because I don't want to forget. The guys are awesome from the top down. The leadership here is outstanding & you can tell it has trickled down. It's going to be 100 degrees today, they are all super hot & not only is no one complaining, but most are even smiling with a few corny jokes to tell while you wait.

First time getting an oil change here and the last. I don't know what happened but I had nothing but problems starting my car after getting an oil change here. Not sure if they used the wrong oil or what. Recently got an oil change at a different place and the problem has disappeared.

Went in for a oil change. My vehicle takes 5 quarts of oil but they charged me for six I pulled out my phone and showed him where the dealer suggest 4.75 quarts of oil that's not even 54 quarts. He said Dealer was wrong ha ha and that his computer was right. I have changed oil in that car several times and has never put in 6 quarts. Well they may have gotten me for an additional quart of oil but what they lost is me not ever going there again

Whats next no oil change because I am unvaccnated when do we draw the line at this discrimination and downright bad behavior and treatment towards the healthy people. This is wrong you'll be put on the list which is growing in the 100s to not go there you'll be discriminated. I'll also be filing with human rights. I went to jiffy lube for a long over due oil change. My windshield wipers also were ruined. I noticed my front headlight would go on and off. And my transmission dip stick for some reason pops out. So I got all these things done. All of a sudden one of the workers said to the person handling my bill. "We have $10 off wipers this weekend, make sure to subtract it". So it was subtracted. Then another technician said your transmission fluid is low. It may have something to do with your dipstick poping out issue. So they topped off my transmission fluid. Then the other technician changed the headlight. While this was going on a worker was washing my windows. I was in and out in 15 minutes with everything done exactly that was needed and requested. Oh almost forgot. Another technician saw my coolant was on the low side and topped it off. The location was in Tukwilla WA. I do see some bad reviews here that are also honest. But this shop was totally energized. People seemed happy to work there. My best experience getting an oil change. For the subpar Jiffy lubes out there based on some reviews here. It is recommended to reach to this Jiffy Lube as an example of how customers should be treated especially when there are so many other options. Thumbs up.

I was there today at Wellington Rd location I call ahead of time they told me they are closed at 6pm I arrived at 4:15pm I was next in line yet I was told to back up and they let someone go ahead of me when that person came after me at 5:08pm I was to leave they don't have time to change my car tires never again I will go there waist my time and I urge others not to go there service is terrible

Called them couple of times to try and schedule an appointment rings couple times then gets disconnected! The lady was rude she made me wait fifteen minutes, poor customer service! I didn't schedule because it would take two weeks to schedule me in for a safety check? All the reviews I have read was spot on about them not answering there phones and poor customer service! I made an appointment with lex brodies the next day!
