This women clothing company does have a lot cute clothes, dresses, top, pants, skirts, earring and shoes. It's just everything you needed can be found on their website, really recommend everyone to take a look at their website. You won't regret it!
Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 items back in March for St. Patrick's Day that never shipped. I received an email later that month saying "sorry for the delay" with a coupon that expired in less than 2 months. Why would I order again when my first order never shipped? I reached out multiple times to their customer service email asking for a refund or at least an update, but it bounced back with a "message blocked" email. It is now almost October and have received no further communication. Their phone number doesn't connect, their email doesn't connect, and their customer service is unresponsive. I am very unhappy and don't appreciate being scammed. I bought from here previously and it was fine, so I don't know why the second time was so difficult. I still have not received a refund and am extremely angry about that.
It is obvious that JING are not going to return my money but it makes me very angry and I want people to be careful because the same thing could happen to them, until today JING have not returned my money, they have not even bothered to answer any of my emails., They stole my money!

The company used to be legit but has used their previously good reputation to steal money from customers. I'm assuming because regulations standards are different in the host country, they can get away with this more easily (at least they think). I ordered over $700 worth of merchandise from the company, and after 2 months none of the items shipped and I received no updates. Thankfully, I purchased through PayPal and got my money back. The company has also turned off their Instagram comments after being flooded with similar remarks. Do not buy from them.

I ordered in March 6,2023 and never received anything. When I followed up, they said I will soon receive a tracking number and that they're just very busy with orders. Now anything new, I always use PayPal to pay for online purchases and PayPal opened a complaint with this company who never replied and I was refunded my money. JJing is scam website.

Do not waste your money at this retailer. The first few orders their service was decent. However they are no longer responding to my emails even though I was told I could receive a 50% refund without return as my items were terrible itchy quality. I was able to return no problem for the first two orders but for this past order they stated they can submit the return request but it might not even be approved
And you have to email them to initiate a return to which they respond weekly at best. Been two months now waiting on a response. Save your time and money

What is frustrating however is no one responds. I sent multiple emails and called their customer service number multiple times with no response. Now I am worried that even if I do get a response they will say it has been over 14 days since your order was received.
I really hope I get a response.
Buyer Beware
I made an order on 02/05/2023, 6 weeks the order had not been shipped out, also there is no shipping date till now. I called serval times but no one answered phone. Then I wrote 5 emails in two weeks, finally got one responde saying that" you will be notified when shipping out". However when it is going to ship out, no body knows.
I bought and returned some items and they issued me a gift card a while back. But right now, I could not access my gift card. It says "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable". I emailed the customer service but it says the message has been blocked. My credit card company told me that I could not get money back because the first package did get delivered and whatever happened after is outside their control.
This place is the worst. Do not order. Placed an order in February of 2023 and had no updates on shipping/tracking, so I emailed in early April. They said it would be another two weeks, I said fine. Time goes by and I eventually email asking for a refund. No response. Honestly forgot about it. Then August comes and I'm looking through my PayPal and remember about the purchase. Contact AGAIN asking for a refund and it said I'm blocked. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I placed an order on November 30th 2022 and still haven't received anything. I didn't even get a shipping confirmation...
I emailed customer service in late December, so a month ago (and a month after my order) and never got a reply. I emailed customer service again last week and again, no response.
I then DMed their IG account and it was an autoreply telling me to contact their customer service email.
So I have no products and my money was taken.
TOTAL SCAM. AVOID.
They still have my money from last year, yes, April 2022! The products are not the right size, so they convinced me to return for store credit, then, they do not ship the new order and no response to numerous emails. They drag it out so you cannot dispute the credit card charge! Scam! Don't buy from this site!

I purchased expedited shipping on a big order last month and to this day my order status is still "awaiting shipment". I have reached out to JING twice and both times I got the same BS automated response that my package was on its way soon. I got frustrated and eventually emailed them i wanted a refund. Never got a response back. Sent a second email a week later saying I wanted a refund and still no response. They will take your money and run. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I am out of 75 dollars because their customer service is nonexistent and unfortunately I waited too long to file a claim with my bank. They will take your money and never send you your order. PLEASE do not order with this company.

I used to order from Jing before but this time I feel so disappointed. I placed order on Sep14.
It' s been one month. Nothing! When I sent email.No response but they just created tracking number.It doesn't work :( I spent more than $100 and now I think I might lost it.
I hope I can get the refund if I don't get the package. But I would rather to get the package because I really like Jing's clothes. It is good quality and fit me well.
Don't scam people because every one already suffer from economic on these days.

I ordered my wedding dress on the 5th of March 2023. I have the order number but still it shows " awaiting shipment". I emailed them so many times, one time they answered me and told me my item will be shipped soon, but it was 10 days ago and still nothing. Since this cloth is for my tiny wedding, I am going under stress and after reading reviews today, I am totally shocked. Still, I am trying to not think they are scams but...!
Company don't supply any products you have paid for. Order never gets shipped. Customer service also useless and don't care to help. They tell you it will ship soon and then you ask them again 5 months later multiple times and they never respond.

I ordered from Jing in February and still have not received my order. I can no longer email them since they have their emails blocked. I tried reaching out to them on IG through DM asking for a refund and my message would be ignored. I couldn't even win the case with my bank because I took too long to file a case in hopes that I'll receive my package I'm a patient person, but this is ridiculous & customer service is no help whatsoever. People on tiktok should really stop promoting this company especially after receiving comments from their followers having the same issue.

I bought 2 blouses and 1 dress. I'm quite satisfied with the quality I received. The shape and material is true to the picture. However the shipping does takes a bit longer than expected. Mine takes 2 weeks to arrive, but their customer service is pretty quick when I reach out for an update.
Avoid if you can. 3 months since my order and contacted customer service numerous times - no refund, no shipment. Total Scam.
I place an order on 2/1/2023 and it still has not shipped after 2 months. Their customer service is nonexistent. I emailed them multiple times with no response. I had no choice but to DM them on Instagram. The person on the other end told me that they are moving warehouses and that's why it's taking so long to ship. They did not give me an estimate on when it will get shipped. I have ordered from them before and was pleased with my purchase. After this incident, I will not be buying from them ever again. The sad thing is, many people are having this issue, and I do not expect this company to compensate for all the damage this has done to their brand and their customers.
I had a terrible experience with J. ING. Customer service is more than terrible. I placed an order with them on December, 2022. It is May 2023 already and I have not received my order (and I don't think I will ever receive it). After several attempts to contact them via email e phone, they have finally replied to me, saying that my order was going to be shipped in 7 days. It has been more than a month now and I still did not receive my order or any updates whatsoever.
I would never recommend this store to anyone. Stay away is my recommendation.
