Received an amazing artworks. My first time using these guys, their products were the best priced! My order was received in no time and the packaging was totally adequate for protection of my item. Curios even took the time to email their personal thanks regarding my custom. A really appreciative gesture I thought! I will definitely make further purchases from them!

“Cheap tat - not exactly what I ordered. No refund”

Offered a ‘framed' poster for £40. It arrived unframed with a cheap tat frame in the package. So not worth the £40 price tag. Had no idea even how to open the frame to get the poster inside. Im no idiot and know cheap tat when I see it. This poster can be purchased from many places so not exactly unique and worth as much as they charged. Tried to arrange a return to be told it would cost me and instead offered a partial refund which I accepted. Was told customer services would be in touch to arrange. I took a screenshot as evidence - But they're liars. No contact and no refund. Can't get hold of them either. Crooks and liars! I'm not the only one either according to trust pilot.

I bought some deisngs for my best friend and she loved it. I like the designs but I like the customer servie I got even more.

Be aware of this company as they are blatantly stealing from artist and refusing to remove the content immediately when being called out. The audacity to call themselves supporting and caring towards artists is shameful since they are doing the exact opposite. Profiting of someone else's work and claiming they didn't have intent to do is absurd. JUNIQE, either pay for designs you want to sell or be creative enough to make your own and stop ripping artists off. Absolute disgrace of a company.

Great artwork and products and by far the most superior customer service ever. I was a bit nervous using the pay in advance direct from my account option, but the customer service rep was real cool when I called and even tracked my order by sending me fun updates all the way to delivery. Will use them again!

Placed order couple of weeks ago, received notification that it had been shipped. There's no sign of it showing up. Have waited more than the suggested ten working days before reporting its delay. Have emailed several times. Have received nothing more than an automated 'sorry, we're really busy right now' email. I don't know where my item is, whether it will arrive, whether a replacement order needs to be shipped. Customer Service is non-existent, it seems. I just want an update. I just want to get the item I've paid for.

Great service and very happy with the products! I was changing my order and was being a little complicated but got great help from the support team that also made sure that the package arrived on time! Recommend it strongly, and will be returning!

They have some of the coolest artwork around - hands down the best selection and the quality is amazing. Really good value. The customer service is by far the best I support I have ever encountered online. I spoke with Bobby and have never felt more valued as a customer. Keep up the good work Juniqe.

Junique are Impossible to communicate with. They send responses in French telling me to "contact" Them which is impossible as theres only a Chat Bot available on their site. Their likks simply send you further & further downa Rabbit Hole! My Wifes Birthday present is now 2 Weeks late & I'v had to apologise & get her an alternative from the Stores that are still open... VERY DISAPPOINTED with JUNIQUE & how I've been treated!

I absolutely love Juniqes cool artwork and clothes! The icing on the cake is the fantastic support I recieved when I had a problem with my order. The customerservice was so quick to answer, caring and service minded. They can expect more orders from me and my friends in the future!

I ordered 2 posters. One cost 18 euros and the other 15 euros. These are the SMALLEST posters i have ever seen. I know you can pick a size but i dont know how many centimeters is what size. I thought the posters were going to be a decent size for the money i spent but i was wrong. I have many posters in my room and the ones i bought now just look sad compared to them. I paid 5 euros for shipping while for most websites its usually free and it took TWO MONTHS to arrive. I even had to send multiple emails because the package got lost and it took too long. Never ordering again from here.

Tip for consumers:
just dont waste your money on this site, find a different site. my money is wasted and from what i heard its going to be really hard getting a refund.

We ordered 3 prints, one was Brocken when it arrived, looks like a fault in the frame as it would not stray together. We had to go to Ikea to buy a replacement frame. Tried to contact Junique no email address of Service dept, we were directed us to a returns website that was down.
