Installed a new faucet in my bathroom. When the water is on low, the water would run down the spout and collect on the counter. This was not acceptable or something I was willing to live with. Removed the faucet and boxed it up to return the defective product. I have been trying to work with the company on the return and they just say no. Since I did not take a video of the problem, I cannot return it. Their site says there is a one year warrantee on their products. Guess this is not true along with their claim for 100% customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this company to anyone because of my issues. The Customer Service Manager Carissa has been useless in the process.

I bought from Juno 3 bathroom faucets for our newly built home. One of the faucets did not fit to our bathtub so we had to return. Overall this has been a good experience with Juno Showers and customer service were always friendly.

I had a contractor install this three months ago, have been enjoying it so far. This Dual Shower head is very high quality. Unlike most modern shower sets, this thing is made of solid metal, not chrome-plated plastic. It's amazing!

I purchased a shower system in brushed nickel, but one of the parts came in bronze the other part came in brass. Also, the face plate does not fit the mixer. It took 5 days to get someone in customer service to ship me new parts. However, all the new parts are wrong too! This is the worst experience.

I have my reservations about this product when I first saw it. It looked great, and I can imagine it being in my bathroom. The thing was I didn't think that this would last long - especially the LED lights. I was of the impression that they'd die out pretty quick. Despite these, I still placed an order and had it installed when it came. So far, very pleased with it - the look and the function. Hopefully it stays that way for many more years. After giving it some thought, I finally placed an order for this one, considering the price. However, after having it installed and giving it a try, I can say that money well spent. The shower head, the body massage, the thermostat, everything worked great. It looked pretty nice, too. I'd definitely recommend this to family and friends.
