Had to send me same cover twice both didn't fit, says there water proof rain goes straight through them. And so thin you can read a news paper though it literally. Guaranty fit but if you return you pay a restock fee whole site is 1000% a scam

Don't use this company. My order got lost and didn't ship for 8 days. Meanwhile my brand new bike sits outside because I don't have a garage for it. When I called after week had gone by, the rep refused to expedite the shipment (even though it hadn't shipped yet). He claimed that it would ship immediately and only take a day or two because I am nearby. Both untrue. Today I finally got the UPS tracking numbers and it will take a week to get here from the other side of the country. I'd cancel it but I don't want them to have the $20 "restocking" charge. Screw you justmotorcyclecovers.com. Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering.

They all claim to be family owned, but they are RIP-OFFs and LIARs.
In late December 2020 I needed a cover for my UTV. I found what I was looking for on JustMotorcycleCovers.com *******382 so I order it and paid for it via PayPal. I never received a order confirmation email, so I decided to call their customer service. After being placed on hold several times, I was hung up on every time. I submitted a ticket using their on-line "Contact Us" feature and didn't hear back for almost a week. When I did receive an email from them they asked for my order number and that was exactly what I requested from them and the status of my order. I called their customer service again and finally got through. They finally found my order and promised it would be shipped the next day and I would receive confirmation, neither happened. I submitted another ticket through their on-line system and received another email a few days later saying due to COVID their shipments were running slow. This was three weeks after I ordered and paid for the cover. One last call to customer service to speak to a manager but they said they had no access to management. I asked again what the issue was with my order and they finally told me it wasn't available. I demanded a full refund and they said they would. One day later I received an email saying my refund was processed and 4 days later still no PayPal credit. Plus I learned they only plan to refund part of my money as they subtracted an "Adjustment Fee" from the total. I got nothing but trouble and had to pay for nothing. DO yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY anything from any of these SHYSTERS, you'll be sorry.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Terrible customer service. They've provided 2 covers so far that don't fit and won't communicate with me regarding returning the last one. Don't have managers you can talk to either. Everything is done via email and they require 48 hours to respond. If you make the unheard of mistake of communicating again before that 48 hours has lapsed, the clock starts again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Anybody who reads these reviews and still does business with them is stupid. They are the worst. Save yourself a whole lot of hassle and go to a reputable business. This is not a reputable business.

I ordered a cover on Monday 4-16-2018 it is now Thursday 4-26-2018 and the order is still being processed. Customer service is horrible. I swear it is a call center that I am talking to. No One can give me a status of my order or tell me what is going on. I am told every time that I will receive an email within 24 hours answering my questions and all the person on the other end of the phone can do is put in a ticket. The emails I receive are just a B. S. apology with no info. I am now dealing with the fiasco of trying to cancel my order and get my money back. I am going to do everything I can to let people know DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JUST MOTORCYCLE COVERS. COM. This has been the most horrible experience I have ever had with internet shopping just HORRIBLE!

I purchased a Superior Guard 5L Motorcycle Cover from JustMotorcycleCovers.com back on 5/30/15. According to their website, the cover comes with a 10 year warranty. After only 2 years the cover has started falling apart. I contacted the company to inquire about their warranty and they told me that I had to pay a $35.00 warranty fee which covers the shipping of the replacement cover. I paid their fee but when I received the replacement cover it was not the same cover that I originally paid $95.00 for but a cover that they normally sell for $35.00 on their website. When trying to get assistance with getting the problem resolved I have received no assistance with the problem. When talking with anyone via phone I found out that the second I bring up what I'm trying to get resolved, they put you on hold or hangup on you.

I want this complaint to be published so that anybody thinking about doing business with these scammers will be warned to STAY AWAY and make your purchase elsewhere.
