Kagi

To be honest, this is the first time I write a review with all of my heart. I stayed at Kagi for 5 nights with my husband. I can't be grateful enough for the whole staff. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience and I truly appreciate each and everyone there. First I would thank Chiara for making our stay unforgettable, she was so helpful and an amazing person. Also, the staff at the spa they were fantastic! I did a massage and it was so relaxing. I would especially thank Thinley Om from Bhutan, she did for us at the beginning a consultation then she did what she is expert in (sound healing, traditional medicine)! I felt as if I was a new person, happy, relaxed and I got my mind clear! Thanks to her and I am so grateful for this experience. From the bottom of my heart I thank each and everyone there for making our stay memorable.

Tried to download a program to lay out photos (Image Buddy). Nothing worked. No respnse except an email with keys that did not work. Tried to refund through my credit card company. It was cancelled once, then found the charge again on my credit card bill! Also, now Softonic says, up front, that it contains viruses.
