My coverage with Kaiser started less than a month ago. They solicited me over the phone. I asked the sales guy straight- out if I could keep my current doctors even if they didn't accept Kaiser and they could still bill Medicare. He said "Yes". I asked again, "So, you're saying that if my doctor does not take Kaiser it will default to Medicare". He said, "Yes". I said, "If what you are saying is not true can I cancel at anytime?" He said, "Yes". None was true. Medicare would not pay and I am stuck with bills for three appts. I am trying to cancel and they are telling me I can only cancel during the enrollment period. I filed a complaint. I tried to reach out to Jim Simpson, Georgia Regional President and nobody at the regional office would connect me to him, give me his email or mailing address. I have the CEO's email and will be writing him. Worst experience ever.
