Ordered hook and paid through PayPal. It never showed. Asked as to why. She said it arrived in Canada at 6 pm sometime in April and figured I received it. When advised that I did not she refused any further suggestions. I offered to send the other one back if I got it but requested a new one. She refused. I am 60 yrs old and the last thing I would do is steal. PayPal would not help me. Cost me almost $20 cdn plus shipping. She is also on facebook
