My experience was very practical and I was provided total support by all KC BEAUTY ACADEMY staff and instructors!
KC stylist salon- --147 s. Los robles, Pasadena, ca If you want good customer service this isn't the place for you. I had a groupon. And it was expired. But I had surgery prior to it expiring and I called and explained my situation and over the phone they said no problem "we will still honor your groupon" WEll it was for 3 blowouts and i only had 1 more left on my groupon. And of corse they changed their tune once I showed them my groupon. And the hairstylist said hold on while i ask my mangager. And then she came out and said that I would have to pay for my blowout $25. So I was furious. I was basically double paying. And it is up to a manger if they want to honor the groupon. And I even explained why I cudnt make it in bc of my ankle sugery. Was in a cast and on crutches for like 8 mos. They still didnt care or honor wht they had said over the phone. In addition I had another groupon expire while i had surgery as well. And that company honored it. So its always up to the manager to do the "RIGHT" thing. And provide good customer service. Well this is ONE SALON I WONT BE BACK TO AT ALL! HORRIBLE!
