Amazing product and I am really... Highly Recommended without this i don't know what i would be doing

What a joke of a company. If you try to use the software again they'll just say you have to re-buy it and link you to their refund policy. They're selling the same generic garbage software just with their logo. Then they'll try to threaten you with "legal" if you try to dispute their charge. Avoid at all costs!

Watch out for KDE Tools
They deliver BAD software that does not work and they try to let you pay more for another version that shold work better. I only had to convert a zimbra tgz file to pst. First i bought a personal license that did not work than i bought a corparate license in total 238 $. None of the software worked. And they would not pay me back. They only tried to sell me a enterprise license for 999 $. Rgds Harry

OLM2Gmail Converter for mac is a very good software. We've used it migrate all contacts list from OLM to PST files of all sizes and it migrate them every time. I recently contacted support for a license activation issue and they quickly resolved the issue.

It's not hard to find poor customer service, but KDETools Customer Service is of a different order. It is terrible and vindictive, honestly. Unless you don't mind HORNETS attached to your software, stay away. Their software is borderline, but their CS is horrific.

Problem resolved. I purchased Converter OST technician version 6 months ago for $ and now have to upgrade to the latest version for another $000, no any upgrade price offered.

I used Zimbra to Outlook software for Zimbra to Office 365 account conversion. I converted my all files into Office 365 from Zimbra. Thanks to Provide it. It is a really helpful utility.

I bought a copy of KDE Tools' OLM to PST Converter to convert my Outlook for Mac address book to Gmail contacts. To convince me to buy the program, the company's representative advised me of the company's satisfaction guarantee and their 24/7 chat feature.

I tried the software, and it indeed converted the file. I learned later that the conversion was a mess, with Outlook address book fields not mapped correctly to Gmail Contacts fields, but worse still, the program wouldn't log into Google to upload the converted data.

I tried the chat feature, but it was offline despite the promise of 24/7 availability. With no assistance available, and time running out for me to complete this work, I was forced to use other products to move my contacts to Google.

When I reported this issue to KDE Tools, they denied my claim and successfully fought my refund through PayPal. So much for a satisfaction guarantee.

KDETools claims that had I waited, they could have assisted me in resolving the problem. That may be true, but they failed to provide the promised 24/7 assistance. In fact, they have since changed their website to no longer claim 'round the clock support.

Do not trust this developer, and be careful about using their software.

Update, March 2,2021:
After I wrote the above review, KDETools contacted me stating they had refunded my money and asking me to delete the review. They claimed they had refunded my money via PayPal on February 17th. They even showed me screenshots of something to back up their story.

It's two weeks later and there has been no refund. My bad impressions of this company are now stronger than they were before.

Here's an excerpt from an email I got this morning from KDETools because I posted the review above. Possible customers: take note.

This is completely swindle case I declared this and I have to contact to Federal Team of United States-"Information Technology via our Law of Firm and Policy if you abandon again then I have to take action on this matter, I have collected your system's entire information of your system related to our online License activation system.

We have higher level of technology and robotics crawler of system's license activation structure and method."

Fantastic Performance!

I purchased the Corporate version of OST to PST in 2019, I activated it once, and used it once. I needed it today and chatted with billing/support, I am no longer sure. But when I told them I just needed a link to download, I was told it expired.
Well after much discussion about different products and such, I was prepared to buy a more expensive version, or even maybe the $2500 version, although I probably wouldn't use all the tools, but I was concerned about the license expiring in the future.
THEN, while chatting with Keirya, I check the KDE Tools website again and I find that the product I purchased had no expiration, but did have a limit of 5 activations. Well when I told Kierya this it seemed thing were not clear to her.

So I have to leave a poor review, I feel as though KDE Tools was not completely honest with me. I have never left a one star review, but I feel I have to. Sorry KDE, the tools worked ok, but I really think I should be able to use it to it fullest according to the license on the website.

After coming across OST file error, I tried many solutions but unfortunately the only workable solution in this regard is KDE OST to PST converter. I just recovered my 42 GB OST file. Thanks support team to helped me out from this unwanted situation.

The program is great, does exactly what it is supposed to do. However, when I needed to re-install it on the same computer I had originally purchased it for, the activation process failed. When I contacted customer support they told me I had to purchase the $169 commercial version in order to re-activate (I had originally purchased the $39 personal version). Only after I left a 1 star review here did they reverse course and allow me to re-activate, so I have increased the rating to 3-star since I had to waste 3 days waiting unable to use the program.
