I bought a pair of shoes from Keensize. These shoes are very comfortable and perfect fit for me. Quick response and helpful staffs. Highly recommend.
I ordered on the website that made it look like it was a Keen shoes website. I ordered several shoes that looked that they were on clearance sale. Instead, the shoes showed up from China, as cheaply made plastic versions of the shoes they said were leather. AND there is no receipt sent to me, so I had to call my credit card company to find the name of the company to try and make a return. The web address that they put into my credit card statement comes up as not existing. The only hope I have is to get my credit card company to return my funds!
