Shoes shipped from US. no phone # on site, does not say returns to mail to china. Arrived in plastic bag. Were poor quality leather, lack of workmanship, sewing together of leather edges was uneven, pouched and crooked. Shoe laces not leather, orange cloth, boot tan, foot bottom unformed rubber no support.

I ordered sandals and they arrived one month later. Two problems: very poor quality and way too small. Turns out they were dropped shipped from China. They must have different sizing standards there because these were not even close in size. Returns must be made to China and take up to 90 days to process. They can, however, give me a 10% rebate immediately if I will keep the too-small sandals. Don't be taken in! Do not order from this outfit. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

I thought this was a store that sold Keen shoes. They are not, they are a company from China that shops strong toxic smelling hard plastic soled, man made fake leather upper shoes. When you try to return, you get replies "others liked them, what is wrong. Then when pushed they say you can return them to China, that costs more than the shoes cost. I'm taking it up with my credit card company. Very poor business practices. BEWARE!

I have looking for a pair of comfortable shoes for a long time. To save myself from the hassel of disease currently, I decided to shop online and suddenly saw Keenwalk ads on Fb. When I see their size chart, it's a little bit different from my normal size, so I left a note when made an order. They contacted me immediately through both email and phone. Thanks for their advice, I finally choose my fitting size and so happy with them, I recommend my friends and my family as well to buy more from them.

Do not fall for this website! This is a scam! They send you shoes that you order, but no receipt. If they do not fit, they tell you to mail them back to China and then they might pay you back. However, the mailing fee will be more than the double the cost of the shoes, so you should just keep them! This is all communicated by email and you cannot talk to a person. I have shoes that don't fit and no way to return them!

Ordered a pair of shoes. Could not believe how cheap they looked. They weren't as advertised-color wrong, no arch support. They were so bad I didn't even try them on. Wanted to return but the shipping cost is double what the shoes cost-$104. They have to be returned to China if you want a refund. What a rip off! Never buy from this company! This notice will be posted on my social media accounts!

Ordered boots for walking but transformed them into boots for garden, slightly differed from what I ordered but i am not angry, it's ok. Thanks for a quick shipping

I ordered a pair of short boots advertised as being leather. When I received them they were obviously not real leather and looked cheap even at $70. I was told they could only be returned if I received the wrong item or were damaged even though their return policy said anything could be returned for a full refund within 10 days. They have no phone contact with customers - only email. Do not waste your time with this company.

Do not do business with this company. These shoes look like they came out of a drugstore and would be in the sale bin for $3.99. When I told them I wanted to return for a refund, they said to ship to China which will cost me more than I paid for them. This is bait and switch, mail fraud, and dishonest business practices all rolled into one. Do not do business with this company

I ordered some cute sandals that looked great in the picture and were inexpensive. When they finally arrived, the quality was terrible: plastic instead of leather, smelled disgusting, much too wide, cheap looking. Like others, I was told I must pay full shipping--back to China! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! I will also try to post a review to other consumer sites. No one should get stuck with this scam!

I was not happy with the fit and quality of the two pair of sandals I purchased from Keenwalk's website. I was sent an email telling me where to return the shoes, which I did by the US Postal Service. I sent a copy of the receipt of shipment. In September I emailed the company and was told my shoes had not arrived yet, on December 18 I once again requested my refund. I was told my package had not arrived yet and that my tracking number had expired. These people are dishonest. DO NOT USE WEBSITE;

Hard But Finally I able to send this garbage back I ordered thee shirts size 3X. I received three shirts with a 3X label in the color. There were actually small. The sleeves came just past my elbow and the front was way too small. I wrote asking for a refund. After three emails to the company I am extremely dissatisfied with the items I ordered. Not to mention. I went online to request Refund order but the request would not process. Tried contacting the merchant they gave me their customer service helpline number which was+1((8 five zero six three two zero nine eight zero))when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that i can return there garbage back and initiated my money to me, at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from

BEWARE! Total junk product. Cheap fake leather, rubber and glue. Not even cut straight. Not at all as advertised and NO refunds for misrepresentation or dissatisfaction. Garbage company. 68.00 for ankle boots (supposedly on sale!) worth maybe 20.00 now will be a charitable donation as these go straight to homeless shelter. At least I expect they will be better than nothing and not a total waste.

Guess I wish I had seen this site before I ordered from KeenWalk. For being called 'orthopedic' shoes, they have no support. The heel cup will not stay on my foot when I walk. It flips over and I end up walking on the outside of the shoe. I discussed a refund with them, but I have to pay shipping to return them to China, which is almost as much as I paid for the shoes. Guess I'll throw them away.

I ordered the bunion correcting sandals. I just received them. They came in a small envelope... no packing/shipping information was included. They are VERY cheaply made! They are way too wide with no way to adjust the straps. They look nothing like the advertisement. I'm embarrassed that I was 'taken'! DO NOT BUY! (They are heading straight to the trashcan!)

Deceiving Company... I ordered the Waterproof Boot's. They had a White Scratch on the rt. Boot's. The color was not as the Picture showed, and they were to small. I have Emailed MARY ANN many many time's. I got one Response saying that my Email's went into SPAM. I don't think so! They have NOT answered my Email's. SO. They are SCAMMING AMERICAN"S. I so wish I had checked out this website before purchasing what I thought were high-quality vegan leather boots from this company. My camera isn't working, but it's the same pair of boots I see others have recently reviewed. They were very good with their communications about delivery and even trying to work with me on a return, but in the end, they said I had to return them to China for a full refund, which cost half as much as the boots, which shipped from CA. I paid nearly $70 for these boots. If I'd seen them in person, I wouldn't have even paid $5 for them the quality is so bad.

Sent 2 different sized boots, told me I received correct size. Sub par quality. Have fun trying to get a refund

The shoes I received were junk. Made cheap and the add states flexible, what a joke. When you complain they tell you to send them back to China at your expense, so you keep the junky shoes and throw them away. I notified them after I placed myself and order because I made the mistake of not looking at the internet reviews, and they argued that they were a legitimate company! SCAM! SCAM! Do not purchase!

Purchased this fm FB... MISTAKE! The bottoms are glued on, leather super thin something lol lol, color was not as advertised, looked a mustard color, additionally they shipped them in a plastic bag which caused crease in the right shoe... and found these exact shoes on Amazon for $30... they are not even worth $30... unlike their claim that they were $160 boots... I contacted my bank and provided documents they are investigating for fraud.

I can't get ahold of anyone to inquire how to send 2 pairs of shoes back. Their website works only part time, so am unable to contact them. The leather shoes I ordered, are made of PAPER and smell like they sprayed leather aroma on them. The sizes are way too small for my feet. I'm too embarrassed by ordering this crap to even donate to the homeless. Avoid this business. They will rip you off. 1 star is too good for them.

After 2 months, a delivery notice stated my order was delivered to my mailbox, or "near my mailbox.". I never received my order and no reply from "customer service". This company is not affiliated with KEEN Shoes. Total rip off but a cheap lesson.
