I ordered a picture of my husband's business seal when I sent it I told him that it looked crooked and she assured me everything would be centered and everything was fixed I got the picture opened it up and it was a total disappointment it was not centered they were creases in the picture I requested a resolution to this problem and I was given a runaround I'm sure their work is lovely but mine was not and they refuse to do anything for me just emails back and forth for 2 weeks this is not a way to run a business you should be accommodating your customers so yes I am so disappointed

The lady is nothing just a liar. When I asked about my order she always tried to explain herself (" I do everything by hand") etc. Ok, I understand, but how long you can wait for 60 invitations? So far I didn't get any of them ( more than a month) so I had to order from another site ( it tooks 3days!) Unbelievable how she still here, trying make money by cheating people! Lesson for me- read the reviews before you order!

Cute products but unfortunately Unprofessional company. Charlene calls me to tell me she's late because of the flu after I tried to reach her for over a week. I had to make my own baby shower invitations to send out in time. She offered a refund but never credited back my card. I'm giving her a chance to send me some thank you cards but no response. Flu again? Ready to take legal action on principle of bad and misleading business. Unbelievable that she's been in business for 9 years. It makes me sad because I always support women in business.

I pretty much went through the same thing as everyone else has said. I am very easy to please, but this was the worst customer service experience. Took an entire month to get 50 basic invitations. Over that one month span, it would take a week for her to respond to my emails. Lied about delivery date when in fact she had not even shipped the invitations. And when I finally got them... no envelopes came with them! So I had to go hunt for envelopes because she said she was out of stock when I called about this issue. Was told a week ago that she issued me a refund already for the envelope issue. Guess what... still no refund.

This was honestly the worst online experience I have ever had. You can buy a vehicle online with less issues. Would I order from here again? No. And if I had known these reviews were so incredibly accurate, I would not have ordered. I never even got an apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Awful business practices that do not coincide with her promises online.

I'm going through the same thing everyone else has gone through! Phone number out of service, no proofs and no reply to email! Luckily I used AMEX and they are on it. FRAUD!

I ordered baby shower invitations and thank you cards over 2 months ago and have not received anything. I already had my baby shower and had to run out and get different invitations at the last minute because the owner, Charlene, kept telling me through email that she was sending my order out. After numerous emails Charlene admitted that my order did not go out and made up several excuses such as she forgot and she didn't have envelopes. This "business" is nothing but a scam and you will never get anything you pay for. I wrote to Charlene to cancel my order since I didn't need it anymore but she didn't refund me. I eventually contacted my bank to get my money back.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order! Same exact things happened to me as described below. Paid for my order, received proofs, then lots of excuses as to why my invitations weren't received two weeks later! I had to cancel my order and we had to change to baby shower date because I couldn't get my invitations out in time. Which by the way, I am doing my own invitation now. Charlene has very unsavory business practices. And absolutely no communication or customer service skills! I asked for a refund on my order which I have not received. I will be lodging formal complaints with the BBB, PayPal and any other place I can. This lady will take your money and never give you the product. BEWARE!

Very unprofessional and doesn't honor up to what they say they will do. I emailed several times with no response and then only emailed me back once invitations were shipped. VERY unprofessional. I will report to the BBB also. They do not need to be in business.

You seem to have an answer for every bad review, so please answer whay sonce placing an order on July 3rd i have still not recieved my invitations and it is July 31? Order complete, proof cleared, payment processed and recieved by your establishment. You cant find paperwork to prove order was shipped (as per your email). This has been the most unprofessional experience and I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE choosing to do business with you. There is no excuse for the poor customer service your business provides.

I had a very bad experience with this complany, not only did they not follow through with the 48 hour proof delievery but a week and a half later still not responce. Very unprofessional and also false advertisement. I would not recommend buy anything from this website unless you have alot of time and want a headache!

They have horrible customer service and takes forever to receive the order! I was promised I would have my order by a certain date and one week after promised date I had still yet to receive the order! I have emailed multiple times and also called and left messages because noone answered the phone but still no response back from them and no invitations!

I ordered personalized pads 2 weeks ago, I havent seen a proof, they won't answer the phone when I call or respond to an email. I feel im being ignored and all I want is my proof for the pads I ordered. I reported them to the BBB and I hope I hear something from them soon. They just need to answer the phone so I can get some answers about my order for the pads!
