If you are a woman beware they will take advantage of you. My wife took our avenger there for an inspection. The mechanic told her she would not pass it needed brakes and rotors because there was some rust showing on the rotors. He would not pass it. She came home and I flipped out and called Kelley's service dept. And told them I just put brakes on the car less than 2 months ago. The service manager argued me so I wrote a review on them similar to this one, contacted BBB and then the owner Mrs Kelley contacted my wife to tell her the mechanic did his job properly, so I talked to mrs. Kelley and requested an appt. And wanted a vermont dot. Officer there also to see the car and brakes. She made an appt. And that morning of the appt. I called to confirm and yup! No appt. Took the car to another garage and told them what was said by Kelley's and the shop took off the tires and looked everything over, brakes as I stated were like brand new. Beware of Kelley's they will screw you saying your car needs work when it does not.
