I have bought alot of kenneth cole clothing recently and i am very happy with the quality. I bough it all at substantial discount.
A $300 dollar pair of boots given as a birthday present - wore them once - two hours in sole fell off. Contacted company told to take it back to shop? They were a gift hence no receipt and shop would not take them. See photos brand new! Kenneth Cole no assistance at all all I wanted was them fixed or replaced - terrible company and quality. Customer service non existent.
We purchased a wool Kenneth Cole rug and it was completely defective. It is unable to be cleaned, even with wool cleaners, without causing massive yellowing and staining. We have purchased wool rugs in the past and never had this problem. We literally threw more than $1000 down the drain as the rug became unusable a few days after buying it and we were forced to throw the rug away. Steer clear of Kenneth Cole rugs at all costs!

By far the worst piece of clothing I've bought in years. Stay away from this designer if you know what's good for you. Bought a Kentish Cole golf shirt washed it twice. It's shrank so much I don't even think it will fit my 12 year old grandson. This was a xxl it's now a small
4 days after placing my order for K. C cologne, I still don't have a tracking #. I went back to the website, used their chat system and the lady told me that possibly they don't my order in the warehouse. Then, she automatically asked if I wanted my refund instead of getting the facts. I then called the their 800-kenneth cole #, was surprise it was the same lady who could not resolve my issue.
After making an online purchase before the holidays and paying a high fee for next day shipping not only do I not have my products but I'm out the money I spent. After contacting their customer service they were not helpful, offered zero solutions, and were useless. I will never make an online purchase again from their website
I ordered boots for overnight shipping. The order did not come overnight! CS is awful! STAY AWAY!
Tip for consumers:
Be accurate with shipping times. Do not give option for overnight at checkout, then per customer service it is the consumer’s responsibility to research shipping times. Overnight is NOT 1-2 business days. It’s OVERNIGHT! At checkout it does NOT say 1-2 business days. Change your overnight wording to Express Shipping if you’re going to pad yourself a couple of days so you don’t have to refund shipping!

One of the few companies that charge for shipping and when you make a return they don't refund It. When told a full refund zone would assume shipping costs.

Ordered three pairs of shoes for my Dad's burial for my brothers and I to wear, they only shipped two. Had to call and request for the third pair, was promised I would receive it before traveling for the burial. Never happened and they could care less. Now I am stuck, looking unprepared and unorganized all due to Kenneth Cole making a stupid mistake and doing nothing to make it right or fix it
Placed an online order on a Wednesday and paid for two day shipping thinking it would be here by Friday or Saturday at the latest. When I ordered this item for EASTER at no time did anything pop up and say "oh btw your two day won't actually be there for five days"! Not one notion that it would take this long. I paid for two day that's what I expected. Now here's why I won't get it until the day after Easter. I didn't read the fine print on the shipping page. Apparently I ordered at 6pm and the "cut off" is 2pm. I didn't think that even tho Kenneth Cole store is open Saturday as well as UPS, hey they actually do not work, as a rude customer service lady told me with responses that we're more like questions. So my package will sit where exactly on Saturday instead of being moved? Again I paid for two day shipping on a Wednesday the 23rd to get here by Easter on the 27th but nope! It will not arrive until Monday the 28th! I asked for a refund of the shipping, answer "no", I said why wouldn't they inform me? Customer no service said "sorry it's on our website". Of course I needed to navigate to see this or hey maybe a little note stating you "will not actually get this in two days but five", would have been enough to cancel the order! I really liked this brand but I'm a person of severe principal and if situations like this occur and they are not willing to work with me, I simply will not shop that brand ever again! Too many other brands out there and great customer service people also to not look elsewhere for goods and or services. They would not even refund the $20 extra shipping cost if I refunded the jacket. Terrible, terrible business practice! Do not order from Kenneth Cole online, if you do buyer beware!

Kenneth Cole is full of do-gooder marketing gimmicks (but I like their shoes) - Kenneth Cole's marketing message on billboards, print ads, and on its website is always, "Make a difference in the world. Buy our stuff." Honestly, I find it completely ridiculous and vaguely condescending that they believe anyone would believe their gimmicky marketing message. I would be willing to bet Kenneth Cole donates no more money than the Gap or any other large clothing company.
That said, I am a big fan of their shoes. Not unreasonably priced, stylish, and they last. I just bought these:
