- Order: august 8th - Shipped: august 12th - Status: delivered... in fact delivered back to the company cause they forgot to put my apt number - Several attempts to contact the customer service, emails, chat, PayPal - September 12th, contact on the phone, 10 mins wait to confirm they received the package, their excuse it can take a few time for a refund: they got it back since 4 weeks. The new answer is that they are very busy at the moment. - they can't send back my package with the gift that i was supposed to have inside - i asked for a promo code, to reorder at least the same stuff, they offered me 10% the same that is actually offered on the website. PS; They kept sending me messages to review my amazing products that I never received. This is the definition of audacity, keep thinking your customers are foolS OR you need to train your customer service and review your process. I'm available if you need a director to do so.

I really like the Kerastase Specifique Bain Vital Dermo-Calm. It is effective in soothing my scalp and thus reducing hair fall.
