My order was initially put on hold because the billing address and the shipping address were different, actually in different parts of the country. Thus creating a flag, as it should, in the payment system. System asked for additional verification information that once provided, process my order expeditiously
I was sub contracted by Key-HTX for a major city contract, we did the job submitted all the paperwork (more paperwork than buying a house) and still not received my pay after 4 months. Their communication is horrible, they pass the ball to other people and now nobody responds. Awful company to deal with.
