Associate was efficient and pleasant while assisting me. Very knowledgeable and provided clear directions on troubleshooting processes..
The first person I spoke with did not understand anything about the situation and handed it off into some waiting list for incorrect action just to get it off their plate asap. That was very disappointing and I had to follow up many times to find out nothing was being done for weeks. The last agents I finally got hold of was amazing, smart, polite, understood the issue thoroughly, and had everything wrapped up within a day. I hope this review does not reflect negatively on that agent.

Our customer care rep, Chienpei, was extremely helpful and doing a wonderful job of following up. She is great and very pleasant to work with.
We placed our key in the mailbox while there were two empty boxes with the door open so we close our door and the two other doors. Somehow the system did not register the correct box we opened for ours and when we opened it next the wrong box opened. Kamoi and the technician assigned were patient and helped me troubleshoot live. The next day technician went to the store and found my key. I'm appreciative of the team effort and the entire process was seamless and stress free.
We're using to manage access to our apartment in NYC. The service is easy to use and the support has been great and super responsive. I received a call because they thought my testing of the key access might be suspicious- appreciated that level of support.
The support staff was very patient, helpful, got the issue solved. She really tried hard, and I am very grateful.

I've always received great customer service from key cafe. Unfortunately their locations no longer work for me and I hope they expand. I do not like the auto recharge for billing they implemented last year, and prefer to pay as I use the service (and not in advance). The prices have increased for key drop off and pick up over time and it's not as affordable anymore.
CSR named Chienpei was excellent when it came time to close my account; she was polite, hassel free cancellation, quick, efficient, called me directly to go through the process and awarded me a full refund of unused balance.

I found the instructions for just about every aspect of using the service a bit confusing, but each customer service agent that assisted me was incredibly helpful and understanding.
The live chat assistant was excellent. She helped with all my questions and sent me follow up emails to ensure I am provided with additional details.

I am very dissatisfied with all prior "customer service" or lack thereof before my interaction with Chienpei yesterday. Chienpei was the first agent to actually listen to our problem and support us. I am very happy with their support Soley.
We have been struggling with our key Cafe for over 6 weeks and it's made the unit unusable for us, which in turn has created a lot of unnecessary stress for myself and my team. I had to continually follow up to find out why no one had reached out to us to help. Repeatedly asking for the same type of detailed information, with no follow up after or any sort of resolution. The most frustrating part is that this was very simply a user error that had somehow worked for us for months prior, and then suddenly not. Only when we had to use the box more frequently during our business period did we encounter these issues, to which the customer service team did an incredibly poor job assisting us.

Lockboxes are of poor quality and break often (example: cheap spring mechanism, cheap plastic), the software UI/UX needs to be greatly improved to avoid having users make mistakes at the terminal, sometimes there are some serious software bugs that result in keys becoming lost/orphaned in the system (happens to my keys at least a few times a year, and it's not user error), when you buy an annual membership but don't use the lockbox regularly throughout the month you get force downgraded to a lower crappier subscription plan (not cool)
