We ordered almost 8k in furniture form key home furnishings on Oct 01st. 2021. The salesman assured us that he would expect no later then December for delivery ha! What a joke these liars are. They kept sending out emails pushing the date up by 1 to 2 more months until sometime in late April I believe it was the order was delivered. Here's the fun part the delivery guy said we' Only getting one night stand instead of 2. He said 1 was damaged. The store didn't bother to tell us about the fact only 1 was being delivered they left it up to the delivery guy to give us the news. Now they've pushed out the delivery date to August. They will not work with you at all. Also the ottoman that was delivered does not have enough filled in the top part causing it to look like an old bloodhound with too much skin. I informed them on the 8th of June it is now the 21st. And their excuse is the're waiting for a reply from the manufacture really? Either repair or replace it like most businesses would, nope not key home furnishings of Oswego, Oregon customers go screw yourself we have your money and there's nothing you can do appears to be their motto. I'm filing a complaint soon with the Oregon government consumer affairs dept. this Friday if things do't change. Don't spent your hard earned money on this business. If I could give minus 5 stars I would.
