I've only placed one order with them so far. They shipped the order the same day. They sent me an e-mail confirmation and USPS tracking number the same day. I had my order 2 days later. I've not had any need to reach out to their customer service, so can not comment on what it might be. I will definitely do business with them again.
Very unpleasant owner. If you try to return a knife, you will be sorry you dealt with this company. Take your business elsewhere. He says he try's every knife before he mails it. I find this hard to believe.

I was very interested in a product Key West Knife Works has for sale. So I called the phone number provided on the website during business hours, first call he couldn't hear me for some reason told me to call back in 15 minutes so I did. First off he was very mean and rude to me! Saying it was New Years Day bla bla blaaa! I to am a veteran who has suffered seven explosions on 3 combat tours as an 11B first guy in last man out. I have head injury due to the blasts and when I speak I have a very hard time explaining myself what I want to say. So Im very sorry to have bothered this guy and wasting his time! When I calmed down I went ahead and placed the order with out my questions answered. Item arrived today and its not the product he has listed in the photos on the website it looks like it yes but its not the same one described in his photos which I thought I was buying. Very miss leading for sure. I was also confused because if I bought that same product in the photos why would it still be available... why because its a copy of what you think you are buying and he has multiples of them and their FAKES! Buyer Beware Key West Knife works is a rip off rude very rude con artist that's ripping people off. Needs shutting down
