I was hired after being on unemployment due to Covid to work for the DEO through Kforce. The Titan Project. A total of 12k people hired at approximately $4k per person, just for the hiring process itself, plus $15 an hour for 40 hours a week for 45 days. I'll let you do the math. A lot of money. I was told by Eden Dunbar, supposedly from KForce, but who designed one of the systems, In Contact, for Titan Technologies, that the project cost the government $3.4 billion. We had one day of training on 16+ systems, and then "we were thrown to the wolves and told Be Safe." That by a new hire like me in the chat room. There were so many tech issues that I recognized each voice from tech support and knew them by name. They only paid me my full hours after approximately 100 emails back and forth with a Kforce HR guy, Michael Goodman. Total chaos. Treated like crap. Worst experience ever. No lie.

Tip for consumers:
Don't be fooled by all of the people who are so nice in the beginning. I got calls nightly, sometimes after 9:00 by Eden Dunbar to "check up" on me. It was really trying to get inside information.
Not Great People = Not Great Results
A Kforce recruiting agent, Ashley Lee, was very unprofessional dealing with me, a prospective client. I was lied to and then when I demanded an apology, her manager, Joel Benevides, rather than telling her to apologize, tried to blow it off as "miscommunication." Meaning what you say, and then doing what you say you are going to do, is really not that hard.
