They also put my status on "returned by customer" on Bol.com website, so I could not write a review. Not OK.

Tip for consumers:
ask for a track and trace code when they confirm your packages has been shipped.
You can wait until the nanotime before they execute a money refund after receiving products sent back to them... Multiple phone calls and emails without any satisfying results. Don't do business with them, a total disaster!
This company is a scam. Don't buy anything from them.
I bought some items, not satisfied, they said I could return them, I shipped them out, no response, I tried to email, but no response from them. It's been about two months. I want my money back
I received this "selfie stick" as a Xmas gift. After hooking it up to my Nokia Smartphone, my audio-receiver built into the phone stopped working. My Speaker option still works, but my built-in earpiece is dead in the water. Any chance of sending me a new phone?
I ordered a product from Kikkerland a couple weeks ago. After buying, I saw it on Amazon for less, so I called the company to cancel my order. After putting me on a brief hold, they told me the order had been cancelled successfully. A couple days later, I received a shipping confirmation. When I called to question, the guy I spoke to said there were no notes that the order should have been cancelled. When I brought up the less expensive price, he wouldn't match it and said that the reason their price was higher is because they have a "better return policy" than Amazon. However, I couldn't find info on a return policy anywhere on their website or in any of the emails they sent me. I ended up raising a PayPal dispute mostly based on principle and not because I was losing a ton of money. I asked that they match the price from Amazon. A couple days later, they refunded me the whole amount of the order. They probably figured since my order total was pretty low, they'd rather just cut their losses than have to deal with a long and drawn out PayPal dispute. In the end, I am happy with how they handled everything, I just wish I didn't have to raise a dispute. The product I received looks good and appears to be well constructed. We'll see how it actually holds up when we use it.
