The thing I hate most about freelancing websites is that you hire people that are not qualified to do the job. You end up wasting your money. This site actually makes sure these people are qualified. I went to the site and had a meeting with someone for free just to try it out. I got more out of the free session than I ever did from paying someone. At least this site is trying to do away with the no knowledge freelancer.
