Pathetic experience...they don't deliver the order... simple says order got cancelled at last moment after we back of them.no proper customer care, they don't even respond properly. Be careful with this kind of business

Amazing service
Never imagined that giving midnight surprise to my fiancée can be so easy through Kinkin. I thought of surprising my loved one on her birthday with something creative, but, was not knowing what to send. Thanks to Kinkin that helped me with the creative cakes options. I choose to deliver her with photo cake that showcase her lovely photo over cake. Really thankful to this site that has made my plan go successful. She was really happy to see that lovely cake that she never expected ever.

Kinkin never delivered food order *******. Neither they are responding to emails not processing refund. There is no other way to communicate the company. They are fake and shameless people.
They nighter send cack nor refund my amount. They are fraud beware of them, they dont have any telephone number in help line and they dont answer pn chatting

Kinkin is fake website and related to fraud- Report to cyber crime
Kinkin is the fake & fraud website even they are not registered with government and they just take money from the customers and do not deliver the order even sometime they will ask for extra charge so that we request for cancellation and they do not refund money. They should be report on cyber crime and they should be behind the bars.
If you ask me, is kinkin safe then i must say they are the biggest scammers.
As i ordered cake and flowers combo but they didn't deliver the order even asked me for extra charge when i denied they just cancelled my order and not returning the money.
