Such a depressing place to call when service is needed. The employee/manager in Kennesaw, Georgia is an absolute racist. Lunatic! Their prices are not low. They are actually higher than other stores and the quality is crap! Customer service on the phone is nonexistent. These are the rudest people to do business with. They are very passive aggressive, and I will never be shopping there again. Giving Costco such a bad name who knows maybe Costco is like that as well?

These are the rudest people to do business with. They are very passive aggressive, and I will never be shopping there again.

If you don't see it in the store, don't bother. They ship when quantity is way too low knowing then wait several days and cancel your order. No we're sorry or offer of a comparable item, nothing.

But it in the store, don't bother online ordering clearance, you won't get it.

I keep receiving emails from FEBEX *******@kirklands.com All the emails give an order number & want my address for them to deliver to me. It would appear this is an American Company. I have never purchased anything from them. I have clicked on the unsubscribe box & sent a phishing request. The emails still keep coming & this has been going on for many months. How can I stop these emails from being sent to me?.

I have never used this site. I do not know why I am delivery emails from them. I can't unsubscribe & I have clicked on my Phishing link & that is not working , either. PLEASE HELP.

Kirklands constantly baffles me with teh slowest order processing and shipping of any store I purchase from online. I sometimes wonder if they are located in CHINA. Their speed on getting orders out and to the customer just SUCKS...

I ordered a sign, and didn't check the site's reputation because it was Kirkland's. They have stores everywhere. Placed my order, paid over $10 for shipping with an estimate of 5-9 days for receipt. Waited awhile, no shipping confirmation. All the other orders I placed at the same time were shipped out by other companies already. Called support, opted to have someone call me back because I didn't want to wait on hold. They called me back 24 hours later! She said they have an increase in orders and there are delays but they still have a few days to get it to me to be on time. This was day 8. I waited a few more days. Still nothing. Emailed in, and got a shipment confirmation that day. But, the tracking ID went nowhere. After 4 days, there was no activity on the shipment. So I emailed back and my order was "lost." So they "resent" it. A couple more days, nothing. So I emailed back and asked them to cancel my order. A few days went by, nothing. I checked my bank account and saw the order was indeed refunded to me, but they never emailed me confirmation or anything. Learned my lesson.

In July 2021, I purchased a live edge table. When I finally received it the center support piece wouldn't fit. I immediately contacted customer service and they said they would contact the buyer. I tried contacting customer service again and they ignored my emails. I then wrote the president of Kirkland on 1/25/22. Three weeks later I have still not heard from them. Apparently, they do not give a damn what their customers think or if their products are any good. I would recommend never buying from Kirkland.

I purchased a large canvas wall print from Kirkland's and was charged an additional $20.00 shipping fee "due to extra care required to deliver this item." The print arrived damaged with scratches and scrapes, due in part to terrible packaging. The ink rubbed off on the corners and edges of the frame and both sawtooth hangers fell-off when attempting to hang and adjust the print. I wrote a one star review describing my dissatisfaction with both, the product and the additional shipping charge. However Kirkland's brazenly refused to post the review. Any disreputable, anti-consumer company that chooses to sell cheap products, up-charges for terrible shipping/packaging and then censors accurate negative reviews is unworthy of customer patronage.

You can’t rely upon Kirkland’s review rating system since they censor negative reviews.

I bought an item online in January it arrived completely defective. Customer Service Response "Sorry you had that experience" lip service did nothing about my issue. 2nd order this week never arrived. Customer service "Sorry you had that experience, we are not refunding or replacing you will need to dispute thaw charges. I am just flabbergasted at the customer service. Never again Kirklands you lost my business.

Sent grass vases loose in box. Slapped fragile label. 3 out of 4 broken in box. What is wrong with these people. Horrible experience. Will return broken pieces to store and will not be a future customer.

I wouldn't purchase online. They refuse to ship your items. (day18) Rude young girls in customer support. This is nowhere near the Kirklands we all once loved.
They are nothing more than an embarrassing scam.

I order a shelf and it was busted I called Kirkland's. They sent a new shelf it was busted. Now I'm waiting to see this time if they will refund my money of $382 for a busted shelf. Don't not order from them online.

Wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Ordered six candles, normally purchase in store but had surgery so was housebound. Received last night and what a mess. Four were (or had been) in a divided box but didn't tape closed, then the other two just thrown in the box with no wrapping, not a piece of bubble wrap... and then the outer box was barely takep with cheap, thin tape that didn't hold!. Broken glass, wax everywhere, I order from Bath & Body and never received anything broken. Contacted Customer Service but waiting on reply but from other reviews it will be a

Placed an online order, after 11 days heard nothing. Contacted C.S. And they tell me the order is cancelled but can be picked up in the store. They either didn't want to pay for the free shipping as promised or are just a terrible company to deal with. There isn't a store near me and if there was I would recommend that no one shops there.

On December 20th, 2022, I purchased three (3) mirrors at the store 861 *******@Market St.@ Heath Brook in Ocala, FL. One of the mirrors is showing a black stain in the lower corner. The other two mirrors are OK, nothing is damaged. Transaction Number for this purchase was ************** in the amount of $264.78. I called the store they said they can not do anything that I had to call corporate, I called Corporate and they said they can not do anything either, that I have to call the store again and try to have them replaced the mirror. I am very sorry, I am the customer, I paid for the items and no one is going to put me in the back and forth situation. The mirror was purchased 2.5 months ago, on March 20th it will be 90 days that it was purchased. Never had this issue with Home-goods or any other store that carry mirrors. I am very disappointment and if this is the way Kirkland handles the claims from the customers, regarding defective merchandise, I will never purchase any items from this company.

I am attaching the defective mirror showing the lower corner black as well as the purchase receipt.

I tried 2 days to place order online and no luck. So I called customer NO service. The rep was going to charge me shipping and then give the order to her supervisor to refund me the shipping. When I stated homey don't play that game she said there was a glitch in the system and it was the only way to process the order.
Explain to me exactly why you even have customer service? It must be to make people mad and have them go elsewhere. See ya later Kirklands. You obviously are not proud of your company or how you treat people.

The Magnolia Cow *******WEB has paint platters on the right ear and the picture had a wrinkle on the side where folded. I sent a review for 3 stars detailed why and the review was there for a second and deleted. 5 out of 8 reviews where listed with 5 stars but others where gone. This a a poor quality store with cheap stuff at an high prices. Loved the picture but felt ripped off.

I was about to make a purchase online but had a question so I called Customer Service. The first person I spoke to did not clearly answer my questions and kept repeating the same responses over and over, I told her "Yes, I understand". Then she put her supervisor on the phone who kept repeating the same responses and got very short tempered when I asked for clarification, I asked her to please be patient and answer my questions, I'm just trying to understand. She started yelling at me and when I tried to ask a question she shouted over me and became more angry. I will never deal with Kirklands again. Horrible customer service!

Today was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had! I was trying to order lamps which were on sale, and best of all Kirklands was offering free shipping for most orders, Well after trying to add the items to my cart for over fifteen minutes, I finally called the store to try to figure out what was going on. I explained that the site would not let me add an item to my cart without first choosing a store, and all the stores it offered (a total of five) were out of the item. She said if the site was forcing me to choose a store, it meant that the item was out of stock online. Two things here are particularly maddening. First, the site would not allow me to set a perimeter for checking stores; it set it arbitrarily so that the best thing I could do was to insert random zip codes to try to see what stores outside of my area might still carry the item. This required going to Kirkland's location finder and entering in at least five other zip codes before I could check all stores within driving distance. The second problem is here is, "why doesn't the site just tell you that it is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STORE PICK-UP"?! Just the five little words would have prevented incredible frustration! But, no...they just want you to think that the site must be glitching or something so that you spend the next twenty minutes online and on the phone with a store representative making yourself crazy! Finally, WHY CAN'T STORES SHIP ITEMS? They won't even ship store to store! This is the 21st century, the era of two day deliveries! Kirklands needs to get with the modern world!

Placed an order on January 1st. Got half of it by the 10th, the other have can't be found and all the customer service person told me was they will contact fed ex and get back with me in a few days. Then a few days went by and sent another email with no response and still no package. Won't be ordering anything again. Especially since their customer service sucks!

Ordered two cute fall pieces. Over 2 weeks to ship (was in "processing" for that long), attempted an email to inquire, no response, then a "chat" (which wasn't a chat as it took more than 20 minutes for 4 exchanges). I was told it can take up to 3 weeks to ship an item, then another 7-10 days to receive... really? There are WAY too many other reputable, efficient, customer-service based companies with products similar to this to waste your time or money.

I ordered an item as a Christmas present on November 8. Website promised by Nov 20. After several emails on why delays, Dec 11 received email it was packed and on next truck to local store. Dec 15 received email order cancelled. No explanation. Called customer service... no explanation. They referred to supervisor... no explanation. Now too late for Christmas. NEVER AGAIN FROM KIRKLAND'S.

I've reached out to Kirklands numerous times since I placed my order on August 26,2020. Their staff has lied to me and been very rude in every way. In short, they took my money out twice, and I never received my item. Now they are telling me it's too late to cancel, and I'll get it when I get it.
I no longer want this item or any other items from this sorry company.

I've had to contact Kirkland's three times about my order and each time I'm told it's processing to ship and I'll receive a email... what a joke! No package no email and oh I called and instead of continuing to hold for hours requested a call back when I was next in queue lol that call came three days later I'll never do business with them again it's over priced junk anyway I'll go to Old Time Pottery or At Home.

I ordered a chandelier on 7/25/20. They charged my card 8/8/20. No email, and on 8/28 still no package. ( I was told 15-18 business day for delivery and with email updates) On 8/31/20 finally an email, but just to say they ordered another one. No explanation. I have called 4 times and they say there is another one on the way. I wanted this by Labor Day weekend and thought I ordered it way in advance. Still no package. 9/17/20

I placed an order online. Less than 24 hrs later I called to verify details on the item not available online. It was a wrong product. I asked to cancel but was told cancellation was only within 30 minutes. Items were a gift which made it frustrating for the gift recipients. Took a week for the order to ship and my return immediately. What a process just to cancel an item. Refund was not initiated until I called 2 weeks after item was returned. Refund was received 5 days later less shipping charges which was not indicated anywhere in the process. I could have had item returned to the store. Makes you value AMAZON so much more. Very rude customer service personnel except one person who responded to my late refund. Take your business elsewhere, not worth your tax dollars!
