Chris is rude and arrogant. Very poor customer service skills. I picked up these characteristics as soon as our phone conversation started- which took a few attempts to get in touch!
I have an anxiety condition which makes me very fussy by nature (something I can't help). But other retailers have accommodated and helped out with this on many occasions.
He simply did not have the time to help and refunded my order.
I'm not surprised that their star rating is so low. Do us a favour and get out of retail.

Ordered an item Nov.28, Hasn't moved as of Dec. 7. Credit card was debited. Now they are entirely unresponsive to requests for information, phone and live chat are unavailable. The photo is a notification I got Nov. 30. It has not changed since, as of Dec. 7. We need a "zero" or minus rating for what appears to be a dirtbag outfit. If this concern is, indeed affiliated with USA based Fanatics, you can rest assured that they will be told of my experience as well.
Update: I just fired off an eMail to their "Customer Service"... not surprisingly it was undeliverable due to a full inbox. Hell of a way to run a business.

I purchased a football kit on November 10th, haven't received it as of December 12th and I have no option to cancel my order.

All they had to do was change my order from M to L.
App that was too difficult for them. They had to send it for me then to return it & charge me £6 for their incompetence.
Would NEVER buy from them again nor recommend

Terrible order management and customer service
I ordered 3 shirts with printing on July.
And only one Spurs Shirts delivered without printing.
So I returned it as Kitbag suggest and Kitbag told me they will deliver a new one with print as soon.

It has been more than 2 months now.

Bottom line is

1. Kitbag just canceled the order of 2 PSG shirts without any explanation. But they are still selling the exact same shirts and sizes.
Kitbag didn't even try to explain to me, but just told me "we had a problem on your order" by email and refund it.
This is kit bag problem but they did not solve and I have to suffer myself.
T-shirt price went up. I think they simply just did not send the shirt with the price they promise earlier. Because they can sell this higher price to other.

2. Kit bag also promise to resend new Spurs shirts with print after I return unprinted shirts back.
I did not receive the shirt yet (over 2months). I do not understand why it took more than a month to deliver.

I ordered goods to be delivered direct to my brothers address (which was the default address) when I received an email its stated the order was being delivered to myself. When I tried to contact them immediatly after placing the order chat was unavailbale. There phone lines were dead & no one answered my email. I rang the following day to make sure the order was delivered to the correct address. This did not happen, would not use again! Avoid at all costs!
I did get in contact with them again, this was there answer!
Unfortunately we are unable to change the shipping address on your order as it has already been dispatched from our warehouse.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience. What a waste of space their error and they can't do anything about it! I actually spoke to them before the goods were shipped! Again avoid at all costs!

Have yet to receive an order that was sent on November 30th(ordered 28th November) My credit card has been debited. Customer service does not respond to any emails. It is now January 4th.

DO NOT BUY from this website! I spent US$120.00 on the 10th of December and have received nothing. This company has a non monitored email. The company will cleverly respond to any bad reviews very quickly in the hope to change review ratings, but will happily leave you yet again with a non monitored email to reply to and a UK phone number. When you ring, you have to be lucky to be in the same time zone as the UK, otherwise you are dealing with a robot that is going to give information you already know: your parcel is at export depot since the 25th of December. If you are not in UK time zone, you will be ringing in the middle of the night, talk to a person (one I dealt with was named $#*!son) who assured me he would be in touch within 24 hours with an update, 5 days later, still waiting. It has been nearly 6 weeks and nothing. I feel lucky when I read other reviews waiting for much longer. I am now going to chase for a refund, which from what I gather, it will take a few months if lucky. I don't understand how any professional sports club would want to be associated to these cowboys!

Kitbag has a fantastic catalog of football gear at an affordable price. Also they're always running sales so that's a plus. I've ordered a number of items from them and I've never had any issues with them.

Do not purchase from Kitbag.

Kitbag have taken my money, not sent me my purchase, and will not respond to my 4 x emails and FB messenger messages.

I have not dealt with a worse company online. They simply do not care about the customer.

Read the last reviews, they are all terrible and it is clear that the company does not prioritise customer issues.

Worse customer experience ever with Kitbag.

This site's customer service is non existent. Wanted to exchange a pull over for a different size. Using their instructions... sent it back to their returns address. It sat in customs for 3 months waiting for them to pay... they never did... returned back to me. Their solution... call the UK courier as to why it was held? I have the parcel here in the US... their second solution? Pay some more money and try sending it back again... really?

There are many many other sites to get soccer apparel,. Please choose any other besides kitbag.com or just be certain you get exactly what you want. If you have to go through customer service... you'll had wish you went elsewhere.

The Worst Football Shirt Experience I have ever had... Avoid at ALL Costs... 0 Stars was not an option unfortunately!
