Just received my Jordan Concord 11 in the mail today. Super excited. Kixchamp sells legit 11s. I even took them to footlocker to confirm they were authentic. I will shop with them again. I didnt know what I would get since I dont much about the but to my surprise they were great and even gave me a 5% discount because they shipped late.
Place an order on this site, received order confirmation, never received shoes. It has been over 21 days. I have tried to contact by email 3 times, phone more than I can count. Does not respond to email and all you get is a voice mail when calling the phone number. Terrible customer service. I am really wondering if this is a ligit site.

I placed an order 15 days ago, and havent gotten my shoes yet i believe this site is a bunch of crap,, that gaines dude is full of $h#t nobody from either department ever answers your phone call or replys back to emails. So who ever says that this site is legit & have gotten shoes from them, must be working this fraud site with them..
I purchased some sneakers from Kixchamp.com with some hesitation because I didn't know much about them but Kixchamp surprisingly was legit site and had a good selection of sneakers. Pretty good prices for authentic. Shipping was free too which was cool. I've bought from them twice so far
Bought my boyfriend some Air max 2011 and a pair of Grape 5s. Everything was fine. Shoes were def authentic. Kixchamp is legit
Ordered shoes 11/29/13. Received confirmation email but never received shipping confirmation. Still have not received shoes. Emailed and called. I left messages but now mailbox is full. Never received a response. This site must be a scam. Will be charging back and reporting scam to credit card company.

They sell fake shoes Jared gaines lied to me that his shoes are real and when they came they were all bad replicas do not buy from kixchamp they sell fake shoes
Just picked up my Gamma Blue 11 from kixchamp. Didnt know what to expect because i had read some stuff but I love them they are legit.
