Expensive products but very poor quality, felt like cheated Absolutely, Not Recommended! Shipping also took too long, customer service does not answer any problems! They don't even give a refund...

The product is really awful! Quality very low! It's absolutely chemical product, which smells terrible and injures your skin! Besides all of that, company support terrorism!

What a terrible product concerning they lipsticks. Purchased 8 shades... some more then others have an absolute terrible taste and smell as being old. They turned so quickly bad that I threw them all out. Shame. Colors were nice shades. Smart she stopped selling makeup... quality is horrible. Not interested even if she re-vamps the line. Will never purchase her product again.

I eliminated everything else that I use, purchased all brand new make up, so nothing was old of other products and the last item I had to eliminate was the KKW shadow pallet because I had this tremendous burning and irritation in my eyes, horrible, they would water, burn, Tremendously uncomfortable. I would have to come home and put compresses on my eyes to calm them down and it would usually take A-day or 2 after removing the product to feel better, It's a shame, I really did love the eye shadow colors but had to throw away. Everything else I bought seems to be OK.

Trash. The customer service is very rude and not helpful. I am not allergic but look what happened. Well never going back. Good luck!

Kkm products used to be good but recently they decreased quality. I started to experience some rashes :( hope they will improve it in the future

Don't waste your money for these unqualified products. Quality is so low, you'll damage yourself after using. Just disgusting. Don't buy anything from this brand

All items I bought are unsanitary/broken. I sent the proof (photo and videos) to the customer support team. The customer support is really bad.

I never received my order. I had placed my order back in November. I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. I waited patiently, thinking it's just the holidays. When I checked back on the tracking number, it is no longer on its way here (FPO). I emailed customer service and I was told my order is no longer eligible for a replacement or refund as it is outside of the replacement time frame. What a scam. I would never order again. Beware! Don't even waste your time and money. This company is a joke.

First off love the packaging but not a good product
