Don't let these people fool you, the wig I purchased was not what I expected. The wig was thin the color was not color and to make things worst the color was not right. Be careful ordering these wigs from You Tubers, they always receive the best looking wig but when consumers purchase it's not the same. After the first wash and detangled it matted up so bad it was disgusting. They offered to refund me $30 in which I purchased the wig for $160 and only worn it for 3 weeks on and off.

The hair texture is beautiful and it holds wave well. The hair has the perfect volume for me! No shedding or tangling. It looks and feels so natural. I would definitely be ordering from this store again.

They stole $206 from me; stay away from this company! I purchased a wig from them, unaware that the product was out of stock; they did not state it was out of stock. They waited for over a week to tell me they did not have the product and tried to force another wig on me that I did not want. I said no, please give me a refund. They disregarded my request, turned around and shipped the other product (I did not purchase) anyway after I told them I wanted a refund. Then, they tried to make me pay a restocking fee. I said I wont be paying any restocking for something I did not order! They admitted it was their fault and stated they would refund me after I sent the product (they forced on me) back to them. They lied, when I shipped it back they kept the money and said because I'm disputing them they cant send me the money, but the dispute was open the entire time! They then kept my money and never gave me my money back. I am in a massive dispute with them at this very second with Paypal. It's been going on for months! Stay away from them; they do very shady business, and their reviews are fake! The photos in their reviews are stolen from people's Instagram that did not purchase from them. Don't be fooled.

Hello I'd like to give you feedback on the wig I've purchased. This was my first time wearing a lace front wig. I wore it in a pony tail the first day and it was extremely tangled by the time I got off work. I put it in water and used a wig brush and conditioner to brush through it and it was somewhat better. I wore it in a pony tail again and it became so tangled that I couldn't get the tangles out. Now, my lace front wig is ruined. If this is real human hair, why did it become so tangled that you can't comb through it? That's what I don't understand. I sent them feedback in regards to the issue I had with the wig. They asked me to send pictures. I sent them. The only solution they gave me is how to care for the hair which I don't understand, because my wig is completely tangled and it only took a day to start tangling and over a week to be completely ruined.

I am super happy, The hair is super soft and has no chemical smell. And the communication with the saleswoman is great and very professional, she takes care of you from the beginning to the end and throughout the transaction again thank you.

DONT BUY HAIR FROM THEM! WHY IN 2023 WHEN THERE IS SOO MANY GOOD HAIR COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT I AM DEALING WITH A HUMAN HAIR WIG THAT CANT LAST 1 MONTH?! LISTEN I GOT THR REDDISH BROWN KINKY CURLY HAIR AND WITHIN A MONTH IT SHED SOO BAD GOT TANGLED LIKE DREADS! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Love the wig， the layers are so beautiful, wigs are smooth and soft, no shedding no smell, don't have a smell, and are easy to install. Very satisfied with my purchase.
