Started off well and quickly deteriorated after long lapses getting replies to email requests. Kristy Lee Gogolen with KL Creative Design ended support after receiving full payment for her services. Her web hosting permitted my company site to be hacked and could not protect it. After being told that she would not host the site any longer, I was told to find another hosting company, which I did. After notifying Kristy that the migration process was completed to the new company, she had changed login details to my website which effectively prevented me from getting into my own website.

Tip for consumers:
She seems more suited for restaurants. If you need website help or marketing I would caution you to stay away.
