Bed arrived vacuum sealed. NOTHING like the advertised bed. Lumpy, unstable, dome-shaped bed. Our dog refuses to use it. Have asked for refund. Dismayed to read these reviews that exactly mirror my experience. Feel so ripped off

Advertised as a Australian company and isn't product nothing like advertised biggest waste off money beware payed for express shipping still took weeks won't answer why they use CHINA POST to ship within australia not enough stuffing in it the cover can NOT be removed for easy wash like advertised just a scam company have a look at their reviews so many people NOT happy with product wasnt worth the time or money at all NOTHING LIKE THEY ADVERTISE

I ordered 3 extra large dog beds. They are very cheaply made and the stuffing and fabric are really poor quality. The advertise as Australian company but the product comes directly from China. Steer clear at all costs

DO NOT BUY………………I ordered 3 beds all at once, 2 arrived together after weeks of waiting, 3rd arrived weeks after that and was the wrong size way to small, I've sent a number of emails to them explaining over and over that I'm still waiting on the 3rd bed and they sent the wrong one out, may as well hit my head against a brick wall they keep arguing with me, my emails have been very clear on what's happened and they just seem to understand English. Very pissed off.
Beds also seem to be a rip off of other good brands my girlfriend got a couple from another company for her dogs and the quality and shape is very different.
I'm still waiting for my 3rd bed in the right size.

I ordered something from this company a month ago paid for fast shipping well needless to say I still haven't received what I ordered But what I have recieved is excuse after excuse of why I haven't received it yet they want to give me 20% off my next order I'll never order from this company again. And they give you a tracking number also don't waste your time on that ither it's all BS you won't get straight answers from anyone

Terrible quality. Could have bought better from a discount shop for $10. I have friends with the calming beds and they are full and luxurious for you pet to sleep in. This is flat and lumpy.

Purchased 2 beds for my cats and they would not go near them. Contacted company about a return and they said I had to ship them back to China! I'm guessing that would cost me more than the $60 I paid for them. Don't understand why China when they were originally shipped from City of Industry CA. If anyone would like 2 medium cat beds free I have them.

Not a US company. It's from China. I cannot even give it one star. It maybe had half the stuffing it should have had, no support whatsoever. It looks nothing like the pics and is lumpy. I wrote them and to no avail, they want to give me a 5 dollar refund after spending 50. The pics shown by other customers are the exact issues I had with mine.

Merchant claims to be U.S. based. They are not! They are a 3rd party and product is inferior. I purchased what they claimed was a "comforting/calming" dog bed and free shipping, etc. Their "ad" said 5-7 days and I did get the product after a month, but it is basically garbage. Instead of "shag carpet", it's slick, and very much synthetic and feels weird to the touch. Supposed to be like a "donut" and I bought an XXL supposed to be more than adequate for my dog's size. It isn't and the middle part has firm, hard lumps where the filling is inadequate or far too much, as well as the outer "rim" lumpy and in places, no stuffing or filling at all! The company says I got the "correct product", and after numerous e-mails and photos, have offered me a "10%" refund, which is insulting. This was not an inexpensive item! One of my cats seems to like it, but my dog refuses to even walk in it without being forced, and immediately jumps out again when I remove my hand.

I ordered the 28" bed for my 45 lb dog. It's no where near 28". When I complained to KMTOT they sent me a video showing how to measure the bed. They don't measure the width. They include the height of the bed in the width. Hopefully enough people will see the reviews and not order from them.

I ordered a 2 x large blanket, I received a single blanket, I was charged 89.99 for it.
Very angry I have emailed them and I want it fixed or a refund.!

I can't even give this company a star they are so shady. I had to click on one star for the review to go through. Do not, I repeat do not, buy from them. What you get is NOT what they advertise. My dog won't even go onto the bed, he thinks it's a stuffed toy so he just tries to tear it apart. Their customer service stinks, not helpful. If you want to have anything refunded you have to mail it to CHINA! The other fact is that it came to me from inside the Continental United States! Bad bad business and I wouldn't even call it a business. I will tell everyone that will listen how bad this company is! Very Unhappy and that's putting it mildly.

I placed an order on Dec 16th, it was not even picked up till the 20th it is now Jan 3rd and it still in transit. According to the SF shipping it just sat in a warehouse for days. Now its apparently in states and once again just sitting inna warehouse. I found the same item on Amazon I ordered it and got it in 2 days.

Ordered, asked to cancel after 4 days and no response. Now won't let me cancel or give me tracking info. Total sham!

They respond to emails, and they do what they say they are going to do.

My dogs 3 large try to get to the bed first. That's why I ordered another one. They really work.

I have been waiting on my daughter blanket since November. I'm in Texas and they go tell me my blanket in transit from Dallas... Now it's past Christmas and you can't contact anyone. They are bullshhh...

This company is in china. The sizing chart is incorrect asked to exchange I have to pay 40 dollars to return to China beware!

I purchased two other anxiety reducing beds from another company so wanted to get a larger one and these looked like the ones I originally purchased. They are not the same quality. The bed is lumpy, the sides do not have enough stuffing, and overall the bed seems flimsy. However the color ( white) is true and the "fur" is soft. I will take this to the Humane Society as it is not of the caliber of my other two beds.
