Never had a problem with Knitcetra and I have been ordering from them for ten years! They don't have a live person answer the phone but we have always received calls back from them when one of us left a message.
I'm fairly new to internet shopping. This was the first time I had any problem. I put in my order and when I went to check on the order status it said it was cancelled. I e-mailed the company twice and have not received a response. I'm just glad it wasn't a big check I sent. I really liked the look of the site and the products offered. I hold slim hope of receiving my order. I have decided not to place any calls to the "company" as it appears they don't return them. I must admit that when they didn't ask for a charge card and wanted a check I wondered. Should have known something was fishy. So as my husband says "It's not what you did... it's what you learned". Looks can be deceiving.

Knitcetra and 101stitch are apparently the one and same, have the same address and phone number, could never get a response from either co. Sent a check to 101stitch, and so far it has not cleared, since i have discovered that these must be fraudelent sites, i do have a chance to put stop pay on my check first thing monday morning...
Fraud - I ordered a cross stitch pattern from this site. They deducted money from my account 3 days later. After over 2 months, I have never recieved the product. They will not return phone calls or emails.
It's a fraud!
