A boutique with well made, stylish, fab pieces, reasonable prices, and friendly, helpful staff who know their stuff. My absolute FAVORITE place to shop! Absolutely LOVE this place! Keep it up guys!

Knitted Belle is one of my favorite stores. Their customer service is amazing. I've bought multiple items for family and they always let me return the product if they don't like them or want a different item. I recommend them to everyone.

I have purchased three dresses and multiple tunics from this store. I receive many compliments every time I wear one of your items. Great quality and unique items that I can't find anywhere else. Huge selection to choose from. And Gina is so helpful, has a big smile and so kind to work with. She has helped me pick out flattering clothes every time! I will make this one of my favorite and frequent shopping sites!

The clothes are cute, but they are run of the mill boutique clothes you can get from any small online boutique. So I'm not sure why anyone would wait 2-3 weeks to get their order when you could easily find same styles at other online boutiques and receive within a reasonable 5-7 day shipping time. (Most boutiques actual shipping time will be much less- 2-4 business days). You can get an expedited shipping method however. But don't get too happy because you will be charged a small fortune to make that happen. I'm sorry, I just can't understand why an online business insists on a 7-10 day processing time! So before item even ships USPS, they need 7-10 days? No thanks.

There are several items at this Boutique that I have not found elsewhere. I love to wear cute stuff that is unique. The two shirts I bought recently are fabulous! They fit perfect! The description of the fit is spot on. I have gotten several compliments. I will absolutely be purchasing more items from your Boutique. Love it!

I have had excellent service@ Knitted Belle. Always top notch customer service with Gina, and my items are in the mail that day. Have them in my hand 2 days after. Clothes are beautiful. I have also had to return items for a different size, and of course, I would expect to pay shipping back, but always get my return size right away. If you haven't been to Knitted Belle, take a look... very beautiful clothes!

I had the most pleasant experience shopping with Knitted Belle Boutique! Not only did I receive my order in a very timely manner, but I felt pampered the whole way through. The packaging was perfect, the service was excellent, the transaction was painless, the products were great quality and fashionable. Biggest scam! Right out the gate all advertising says site ready in 2 days. 1st email - it will be 5 -7 days. Asked if I wanted my items in the store separated/categorized & I said yes. Informed me it would be longer than 5-7 days since I wanted my items categorized. I bought 2 stores, never had any feedback or communication regarding the 2nd store. I then brought up the timeline discrepancy & my 2nd store that there was zero mention of & that I wasn't happy with the communication (lack thereof rather) My response? I was only asking a simple question. I don't need money that bad. I'll refund you. RUN! Most fraudulent experience EVER!

I've been a very happy customer for over a year at Knitted Belle! They've gone over and beyond with their customer service! I've recommended this particular boutique to my family and friends because of merchandise and their exemplary customer service and free shipping! There has been two times that I've had to return and item and it went very smoothly! KB is no different than any other online boutique and their terms are in line with everyone I've done business with! Highly recommend!

I love this store! They have an awesome selection of clothes. Its a boho, coachella type of style. My gf loves it as well, they have a huge selection for women's clothing. The prices are very good for the quality of clothes that they sell. I highly recommend checking it out! :)

I have placed numerous orders with KBB over the last year and have been extremely pleased with everything I have ordered. Their response time is quick and Carina always reaches out to me when an item is back ordered or being delayed for some reason. The clothes are cute and prices are very fair and competitive!

Items took 6 weeks to arrive without notice of back order. When needed to return items, was told credit to store only (a policy which they do not disclose at point of purchase). Owner, * refused to respond to my requests for refund. Terrible customer service, poor delivery.

I have been a LOYAL customer for almost a year now and you couldn't PAY me enough to stop shopping here. Gina and Carina are so easy to work with and are very in tune with helping me with all of my needs. I have had to return a few things that were credited immediately - I have had to exchange a few things that was done quickly and with understanding. These ladies have been at my beckoning call whenever I need something. I love the clothes - I love the service - I get my packages within 3 days of ordering. LOVE Knitted Belle! Thanks ladies!

I've bought many things from KBB and have loved every single one of them! All of their items are so unique and I can always find the perfect one for me! I've never had any trouble ordering from here and the service is excellent! They are very personal and willing to help in any way they can!

I've had only great experiences with the several orders I've placed and the owner has contacted me promptly each time. Great customer service and clothing is cute. One word of advice: clothing runs large! Size down when ordering.

The customer service rep was very sweet and helpful. She took her time to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted and it fit me perfectly! The products are consistently high quality and the prices are fantastic!

You say that sometimes customers won't give you a chance to fix things- I offered you that chance several times. I love the appearance of your clothing on the site and wanted to be able to purchase more.

I informed you of the issue and I was ignored. I asked for help on your FB page. You deleted my comment and blocked me. When I emailed again to ask for options, you said to return it. When I asked HOW to go about doing that, you ignored me again until AFTER the return period had passed.

You know what I mean by damaged product as I already answered this. One item arrived shredded along the seams with strings hanging off the rest. The sleeves are not the same length and one will not even go over my arm (for reference, I have bony arms). One top is not the same color as shown and the other top is neither the correct color nor fabric. It seems to not even be the same blouse.

The only reason this company gets 2 stars is because they offer free shipping and I did receive SOMETHING.

I ordered two items, both arrived damaged and not even resembling the items I purchased. When you get shoddy product, there is recourse as the only returns allowed are for store credit. The owner censors any sort of critique on the site or Facebook so there is no way to warn other unsuspecting buyers. I wondered why the most recent comments on their FB page come from buyers from a year ago. My guess is, like mine, she deleted any other comment that was not glowing.

Actually the more I type, I keep thinking one star is more fitting, but again, they do offer free shipping.

I love Knitted Belle and my closet shows it! Customer service is superb! They have special ordered me items and they have helped me exchange items for a different size. They are awesome and have fantastic clothes! Will continue to shop at Knitted Belle!
